Good placements in 2017. Satisfied with my faculty.

Placements: The placements are very good in last year, and I hope they'll be good this year also. The highest package offered was 18 lacs per annum in this year. All core companies visit our campus at the time of placements like Dell, HP, Infosys, etc. I got to know that the placements are also good in earlier years also.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is the best thing I have experienced here. The classes are very good and well-fitted with smart boards, A/C classrooms, etc. Greenery is everywhere on the campus. There are good medical facilities, Manipal hospitals, restaurants, pizza hut, and auditorium. The main part of our campus is world-class.

Faculty: Our university has approximately 500 well-qualified faculty members. As we have B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, H&M. The facility in all the branches is very good as per our senior's review and their qualifications. Almost all the facilities have a doctorate degree in their field of study.

Other: The fests of Manipal University, Jaipur are not good. There are major 4 to 5 fests like oneiros, tedex, e-conclave, abhivarta, mun, etc., in this college.

My experience at MUJ in B.Tech chemical engineering

Placements: As of now, there aren't any placements for graduates in chemical engineering. The first batch will be graduating in May 2018. Hope the placement for chemical engineering will boost up in the upcoming years. But my seniors have done internships from reputed places.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is the best. I would say it is the topmost college in terms of infrastructure. We have digitalised classrooms and a spacious library. All the laboratories are well equipped and up to the mark. Facilities for some of the sports like cricket, football, lawn tennis, basketball, kabaddi, volleyball, athletics, etc. are available. Many indoor games are available on the campus as well as in the hostel.

Faculty: The faculty members in chemical engineering are very helpful. The course curriculum is at par with the top IITs and NITs. The faculty members here at MUJ for chemical engineering are very experienced and knowledgeable and help out the students not only in academics but also with their personal problems. The teachers mostly use a flip class method in which we have to come prepared to the class and the faculty makes an interactive session upon a topic and everybody is encouraged to speak out and solve any problems on our own.

How is chemical engineering at Manipal University, Jaipur and what is the total fees?

Chemical engineering is a flexible branch. As a student of chemical engineering, I feel this deptt. has one of the best faculties. Also teachers are very helpful and supportive. Total fees as of now is nearly INR 2.65 LPA in 4 years but INR 20 LPA including mess and hostel in 4 years.
