MDSU Ajmer offers multiple MSc courses across multiple affiliated colleges. Candidates taking admission into the programme should note that the MSc programme is two years long and follows the semester model. Therefore, the programme has four semesters which candidates have to pass to be eligible for an MSc degree.

MDSU Ajmer provides 14,647 seats in its BSc programme. These seats are provided across various specialisations and across affiliated colleges of the university.
