A Common Admission Test (MGU CAT) is used for the purpose of the MG University application procedure for all courses offered on the university campus. To apply for any of the programmes, candidates must first register online at the MGU CAT official website. Candidates from the general category must pay a cost of INR 1,000, while applicants from the reserved category must pay a fee of INR 500. The steps for applying to MG University are listed below:

Yes, Mahatma Gandhi University offers BSc (Hons) programmes across different specialisations. Some of the specialisations in which the course is offered are Physics, Food Science and Quality Control, Home Science, Botany, and more. Admission to this UG-level course is done based on merit in the last qualifying examination. Hence, aspirants scores in Class 12 are taken into consideration. The eligible students can apply through the university official website.

There are a total of 340 seats for BSc courses at the Kuriakose Elias College affiliated with MG University. Candidates are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake. MG University released its application forms on May 15. As per the official website, the MGU CAP (Hons) admissions closed on Aug 31. MG University BSc 2025 applications are expected to be released in the month of May of the admission year. The important dates notification is published on the university official website. 

For MGU Kerala BSc course admissions, aspirants must have passed Class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. The applicants should have passed qualifying exam with the required minimum aggregate. The candidates must hold the qualifying examination mark sheet at the time of form filling and admission. These documents are required by the university for verification purposes at the time of form filling and admission process. Moreover, the absence of the same can lead to the application rejection. 

The aspirants who meet the course-specific eligibility criteria can proceed with the application process. MGU application form can be filled out in both online and offline modes. After the conclusion of application procedure, a selection list shall be released by the university to declare the names of the selected students. The university admit candidates through a centralised allotment process (CAP).

After the selection and document verification, aspirants need to pay the course fee for seat confirmation. The total tuition fee for BSc courses ranges between INR 2,400 and INR 2.5 lakh.
