NALSAR University of Law, don’t offer admission to BA LLB and LLM programmes without a valid CLAT score. Candidates looking forward to practising law in India, are required to clear the All India Bar Exam (AIBE) that is conducted by BCI. On clearing the AIBE exam, lawyers are awarded a ‘Certificate of Practice’ which is mandatory for practising the profession as an advocate in India. However, aspirants who wish to apply for MBA or BBA may not require CLAT and can get admission based on other accepted entrance exams.

Aspirants are offered seat in NALSAR University of Law top courses such as BA LLB (Hons) and LLM based on CLAT score. Candidates with a good rank in CLAT have a chance of getting admission in the university. Besides, the selection for BBA is based on IPMAT, JIPMAT or CLAT scores. Admission to MBA is based on CAT score. The university also conducts an entrance exam to select candidates for MBA. Selected aspirants are further called for a personal interview round for admission.

First step is to register and fill the application form online for the courses other than BA LLB , on the  official website of Nalsar University of law . For BA LLB, candidates are required to register through CLAT. Next the candidate need to  pay INR 1000 for fees . Second step is to appear for CLAT exam to get admission in BA LLB and LLM programmes . Third step is counselling in which qualified candidates will be allotted seats and they have to accept it . Last step is to upload the required documents and submit fees under required time limit .
