National Law University Delhi LLB Eligibility & Highlights 2025
NLU LLM is a full-time programme that lasts one year. The postgraduate level course is also offered full-time and has two academic semesters. Further, NLU also offers a joint LLM/MA in Intellectual Property Law and Management. The LLM programmes are non-residential.
National Law University Delhi LLM admission is entrance-based. The university accepts All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2025 exam to get admitted to the LLM course.CLAT 2025 score is also not acceptable for admission to NLU Delhi. The students are shortlisted based on the merit of the entrance exam and the academic qualifications of the students. All candidates, except for those applying under the Foreign Nationals category, are required to appear in the AILET exam for admission to NLU Delhi. The last date for the AILET 2027 registration for BA LLB and LLM Law courses will be the same. The last date to fill out the AILET 2027 registration form has not released yet. Candidates will be able to fill out the registration form at nationallawuniversitydelhi.in.
Once the AILET registration process is over, candidates will have to download their admit card. The AILET 2027 admit card will be available on the AILET website or portal, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. NLU Delhi provides admission to its BA LLB and LLM programme based on the AILET 2026 scores. However, all other NLUs in the country accept CLAT scores for providing admission to their courses. Candidates can sit for both the entrance exams to expand their scope of admission.
