Our college is not good enough. It is better for Arts.

Placements: No placements in core filed. The placement cell will conduct various fairs to recruit students in their final year. In the year 2022 placements were offered by Sri Chaitanya Techno schools and other regional institutions. Which recruit candidates with a bare minimum salary.

Infrastructure: The hostel facility is up to the mark. The buildings are very old and date back to the 1960s. Most seniors and juniors have separate hostels. You have to pay Rs.10 thousand at the start of the course and the government will give you a scholarship. The remaining due amount will be paid by the student.

Faculty: The faculty is good, but the laboratory facilities were poor. Professors were well qualified but they don't take classes. Self Interest is the main key to study here. The curriculum is according to the University guidelines. Semester exams were conducted in corresponding departments.

Other: Arts College is a good recreational monument, where students can relieve their stress in the evenings and the Library is spacious.

Review of University College of Science, Osmania University.

Placements: About 6 students out of 10 students from our college got placed. The lowest salary package offered is up to 1.5 LPA, while the average salary package offered is 3 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. ONGC and CSIR Institute are top institutes which offer placements here. About 4 students out of 10 students got internships as a mineral analysis, remote sensing specialist, groundwater specialist, marine engineer, marine geologist and geochemist.

Infrastructure: The department has facilities like Wi-Fi, well-equipped labs, air-conditioned classrooms and a library. The hostel is clean, and the food served is nice for South Indian students. The canteen is also nice, and medical facilities are good. Sports clubs are available here, and there is free space for outdoor sports like football, cricket, etc. There is a good library with books.

Faculty: Teachers here are helpful and supportive. They are well qualified and have 5-10 years of experience. This course curriculum is relevant to my upcoming challenges. The teaching quality is excellent. Students are ready for the industry.

Other: The best things about this course are remote sensing and mapping solution. I wish that our college should provide more practical work. Our university conducts many events.

A peaceful environmental college.

Placements: I got placed at Atomic Mineral Directorate, Begumpet. Nearly 50-60 students are appointed in Geological Survey of India, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation, Telangana state groundwater board. Along with this Saifabad campus, there is the main campus at OU.

Infrastructure: It has a very good infrastructure with wide space with greenery environment, well-equipped laboratories with classrooms, library which contains numerous journals along with many books. There is a big ground with contains volleyball court, cricket ground etc.

Faculty: There are 3-4 professors, 4 assistant professors, 1 associate professor and lab assistants etc. All the teachers are very helpful & qualified PhD candidates. All the teachers are doing numerous research projects. They use simple techniques to teach the students.
