BCom at Panjab University is a three-year/four-year program offered by various affiliated colleges. The mode of education of this programme is full-time. Students enrolled in the course get to study different facets of Accounting and Commerce.
Admission to this programme is merit-based. Candidates seeking PU BCom admission are required to meet the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned below:
Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have passed one of the following examinations conducted by a recognised board/council/university:
Class 12 examination or BCom Part- I (old scheme) of Panjab University with at least 45% aggregate
OR
Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate or any other equivalent examination

The total fees for Panjab University courses comprise many components, such as academic fees, hostel fees, security deposits, and more. Panjab Uni runs a lot of tests to join. Each course has its own test. For most base degree courses, you need to take the PU-CET (UG). For next level courses, you take PU-CET (PG). For B.Com (Hons) at Panjab University, there is no entrance test. Admission is based on your Class 12 marks. You need at least 50% marks in Class 12 to apply.
The application usually starts in June, and the merit list is released in July. You just have to apply on time and wait for the merit list.
