It has excellent campus infrastructure, but poor placements.

Placements: The placement scenario for our batch has been quite underwhelming. Regarding internships, the college assistance is minimal and most students have to find internships on their own without much guidance from the placement cell. The packages offered are generally on the lowest side.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is undoubtedly the strongest aspect of the college. There is a well stocked library with Wi-Fi. The reading room is great for self-study. The canteen food is quite decent but not so good. Students also get medical and sports facilities to use.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. They often go out of their way to assist students with their doubts. The course curriculum is average enough to make students career ready, but it can definitely be improved with more modern industry relevant projects.

I am absolutely satisfied because of the faculty and good placements in 2025.

Placements: The number of students who get placed in this course is 35%. The highest package is 8 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies for our course are Yokogawa, Emerson, Larsen & Toubro, and various government-owned entities like ONGC, IOCL, NTPC, and BHEL. 75% of students got internships. Top roles offered are design, development, installation, and maintenance of systems that measure and control various processes.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the institute is well-established. The entire campus is covered with Wi-Fi lanes. Classrooms are also covered with Wi-Fi and a smart display. It is well-developed with updated electronic appliances. The food provided on campus is freshly prepared.

Faculty: Teachers are supportive and qualified. The teaching quality is good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready to work in companies and industries. Semester exams are easy to pass, and the pass percentage is 40% in each subject.

Other: I have opted for this course because I want to enhance my skills in control systems, process instrumentation, and data acquisition. The campus also organises fests and extracurricular activities. The campus has enough crowd, and surroundings also have a learning environment.

My university provides scholarships based on caste.

Placements: Our university internship was really wonderful. Approximately 75-85% of students are placed each year. The highest salary package offered by a Biochemist is 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.3 LPA. Biochemists can work in a wide range of companies and industries including pharmaceuticals, corporations, agri-food industries, education, institutions, technical advisory services, hospitals, research institutes, government agencies, etc. Some job profiles for people with an M.Sc. in Biochemistry include biochemist, laboratory assistant, analytical chemist, microbiologist, pharmacologist, biotechnologist, etc.

Infrastructure: My university infrastructure is very good. Furthermore, the department is well-equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, state-of-the-art laboratories, spacious and modern classrooms, and an extensive library with a large collection of books and magazines. Hostel offers us a very good environment. Every hostel has Wi-Fi facility. The quality of the food is healthy and delicious. This university campus has medical facilities and sports facilities are also available.

Faculty: Faculty members are very good. They explain topics clearly and doubts can be clarified at any time. Before the exam, important questions of the semester are asked and topics are clearly explained. PCs are available to students for a better learning experience. Semester exam is demanding, but the average pass rate is 79%.

Placements: The college placement is not that great. We are made to fill out a training and placement form at the beginning of the semester, but placements are only offered in the last semester. Few of our seniors have been placed, but the number is very small. The teachers prepare us for government exams, but don't focus on placement. Still the placement cell works well for B.Pharma and diploma students.

Infrastructure: The campus is the best thing about this college. It's big and clean. The classrooms are well-equipped and the teachers always teach us in the lab. The apparatus is in very good condition. The best thing is that we don't have to share our apparatus or do any experiments by forming any groups. Also, we don't have to buy any books as all the books are available in the library. The hostel is good and we are served three meals, a snack and milk in the morning. You pay INR 80,000 per year.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. They provide handwritten notes and explain everything in detail. The college is also quite flexible if we want to have a side hustle or prepare for competitive exams. The semester exams are moderate so if we start studying a month before the exams, we can score excellent grades. Also, it's not very hard to pass as we only need to score 33 percent.

Other: I attended this college and I thought the crowd was okay. There were a lot of students who weren't that serious about studying, which can sometimes bring down a college's reputation. But the teachers were excellent. They required students to give presentations and seminars, and they took us on visits to industry and large labs. I just wish the semester was longer, like six months instead of four. The college holds a youth festival every year, and our college wins many awards at the zonal level.

Our college provides all-round education with good facilities and manageable academics.

Placements: This year, our college achieved a placement rate of around 65-70 percent. The average salary package ranges around 3 LPA - 6 LPA. The highest salary package offered exceeds up to 10 LPA - 15 LPA. some of the leading recruiters are Research & Development Organizations, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC), Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR).

Infrastructure: There are classrooms with comfortable seating and audio systems for a better learning experience. We also have Physics and Chemistry labs with advanced equipment for experiments. Rooms are clean and decently furnished with basic amenities like a bed, study table, and cupboard. Wi-Fi is available but can be slow during peak hours. For maintenance, they do regular cleaning, though occasional delays can happen during holidays. There are common rooms with TV and indoor games to help students unwind.

Faculty: The average pass percentage is around 85-90 percent. This reflects that most students can clear the exams with adequate preparation. Faculty in our department are generally well-qualified and knowledgeable and many hold postgraduate or doctoral degrees in their respective fields. Their expertise ensures that the course content is both relevant and up-to-date.

Other: This course continuously pushes me to learn, experiment, and grow, keeping my curiosity alive and preparing me for exciting future possibilities. I always had a passion for science so was always attracted to this course.

Good college for students.

Placements: The batch was nice and the teachers teach very well. The percentage of students getting placed is less according to different streams but we get more knowledge through this course than others. The scope of this course is high. The highest package offered by the college is 50 Lacs per annum and the lowest is 15 lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: Our college provided various facilities such as Wi-Fi in the campus, air conditioned labs in IT block, clean and smart classrooms for students, and a library. Quality of facilities in the hostel is very good including mess, games, sports, canteen, and good staff for the students.

Faculty: The teachers are well qualified, knowledgeable and helpful towards the students. The course makes the students industry ready. The semester exams are very difficult and the passing percentage is above 50% for Masters students and 40% for graduation students.
