The college did provide some placements as after pursuing law, most of the strength goes for practice or judicial examination.

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) - Batch of 2030
Offered by Chandigarh College of Architecture
4.4
4Placements4Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life5Value for Money
Many people wish to join this college.
Placements: We have a batch of 44 students, and it's good. Most students are from the tricity only, and a few students are from outside. The package students get here is good enough, they get options in foreign countries, too, and no companies come here, it's all from the alumni network.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure gives a good feel of an architecture college that you'll enjoy. Good classrooms, but the first and second years don't have AC. After that, you'll get an AC studio. Wi-Fi is there, but don't rely on it. The hostel and canteen are good and very affordable. For college, you'll have to pay a semester fee. You have to pay Rs. 9000 per semester and Rs. 3000 or so examination fees. But count this too, the stationery costs 2-3 thousand or a maximum of 5 thousand for a semester. So you have to manage the expenses like sheet, Microns, Sunboard (model making), Colours, Glue, Sales (parallel bar, set square, architectural scale), Drafting table (you'll have to buy the most important).
Faculty: Faculty, in terms of study and knowledge, is very good. All senior coaches, 1-2 assistant teachers, too. The workload is enough, so be prepared. Here, all teachers are experienced and have good teaching techniques. Semester exams are not too tough. If you have studied well, you'll score good marks.
Other: The college surroundings are very good. You'll get everything in college, the market, food, and stationery. You can roam around and enjoy the place. But if you want to go outside. The college is in Chandigarh, a city that is peaceful and beautiful. So you have all the options you can take public transport, like cycle rental or public buses and roam around Chandigarh. Visit famous places near the college, you'll find many architecture-related things, a residential area and much more. About fees and all, hostel fees are Rs. 2700 (only stay)per semester, food is Rs. 3500-4200 varies per month (at the start, they take almost Rs. 10,000 for total for hostel security, all for the first time). After that, you'll have Rs. 2,700 for hostel stay and Rs. 4000 for one month's mess.

Diploma in Civil Engineering - Batch of 2027
Offered by Chandigarh College of Engineering and Technology
3.8

Absolutely satisfied with the faculty, and good placements in the last few years.
Placements: The percentage of students placed is above 60 percent. Many companies, such as Mahindra, and many more, are recruiting companies. Above 60 percent students got internship from all the courses. I am not sure of the top roles offered, as I know it may be the assistant or senior assistant.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is good in the diploma wing. The labs are clear, and the equipment is good with well-instructed teachers. Classrooms are clear, and rooms are being cleared after 2-3 days. There is also a library with all the semester books.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable, giving a great knowledge with good teaching quality. If you want a government job, this course is relevant. The college also performs the practical. The semester exams are average, and if you have to pass, the percentage is 40 percent.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2027
Offered by Guru Tegh Bahadur National College, Dakha (Ludhiana)
4.2

A very nice college, teachers are also well educated and of a kind nature.
Placements: Very few chances of placement. Students can't be directly selected for placement from the college campus. They have to do their own hard work to get any job or position in the future. Overall my college is very good.
Infrastructure: Our college has more than two Wi-Fi. Classrooms are near and clean. Good Infrastructure. The college library has a huge variety of books and is also very digitalised, and books can be issued and reissued on computers. On that we can check the book name and find the place or almirah number where that book is kept. Overall, the food in the canteen is also good and fresh. Availability of a first aid kit and medicine in our college at all times. Our college is the best in sports and games. Continuously for 3 years our college kho-kho girls team has been winning a gold medal. Our college has many students who are good players and even have a gold medal at the national level.
Faculty: All the teachers are of a kind and good nature. They are ready to help the students every time. All teachers are well qualified and most teachers have a master's degree in their subjects and have more than 5 years of experience. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are not that tough, easy to get the passing marks. The passing percentage is 75 percent in college semester exams. All the staff are of good behaviour and well-educated. Our college provides the quality education that is needed.
Other: I am from commerce so I chose B.Com and want a good job in a government bank. In B.Com I learn about GST, economics, FMS, digital marketing, auditing, and so on. My course needs no improvement. It's already very good. Events and fests are held after 2 or 3 months. The campus surroundings are very neat and clean, with a proper space for sitting. For scholarships, our college is the best, it helps needy students and intelligent students every year and distributes approximately 10 lakhs rupees to students. Declamation contests, painting, quizzes, debates, etc., are held in our college twice a month.

It's a very great college for students, mainly those who want to study in commerce.
Placements: 80 percent of students are placed in our college. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the lowest is 4 LPA. 70 percent of students got internships from the course. Many roles are offered according to various companies and their requirements. Many students opted for jobs and different fields from my course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities are very good. Wi-Fi is free for every student, and the library remains open for the students who want to study in a quiet environment. The hostel is very neat and clean. The classrooms are very good. Mess and canteen are also very good.
Faculty: All teachers are very helpful. They provide doubt solutions, and it is very easy to approach teachers. They are very supportive. The course curriculum is very relevant, as it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are not that difficult.

Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) - Batch of 2024
Offered by Department of Evening Studies, Panjab University
3.2

Worth experiencing, but not great if you want a college that provides placement opportunities.
Placements: There is no placement committee and 0 percent on-campus placements since it's an evening college mostly for working professionals. There's no placement support, no companies come on campus, no job roles, it's just a college. If you want a degree, this college should BEAT bottom.
Infrastructure: Since the college is public, there is no good infrastructure, but the feel is nominal and college life is amazing. You get to experience a good crowd and have other opportunities. No air conditioning, no smart board everything is old school type but the canteen, mess, hostel, and games are all good.
Faculty: Teachers are good, but some are so lazy they don't even take the class. The course is normal, like it is for a basic B.Com degree. Semester exams are easy. There are a lot of sample papers you can practice from. However, the course is outdated, and the percentage passing is 90 percent, but it's really difficult to maintain 80 percent above in exams.
Other: If placement is your goal, you will be disappointed, but college life is worth living.

Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) - Batch of 2026
Offered by DAV College, Chandigarh
3.2

Not the best exposure but is decent.
Placements: Hardly 20 percent of students got placed by the end of the course. The packages are yet to be confirmed but the maximum package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting company is TCS. The top role offered is junior engineer. The BCA course in DAV College Chandigarh, should only be joined for exposure in the IT sector, not for placements.
Infrastructure: The computers in the labs do not work. Hardly 2 out of every 10 computers are functional. The hostel rooms are good but the bathroom, sanitary, and food facilities are the worst. The sports facilities are only for cricket. Facilities for other sports are negligible.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and friendly. The teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum for our batch is very bad and does not meet today's industry needs. But the new education policy has made great improvements. So the new curriculum is good. The semester exams are not very hard but the marks students get mainly depend on what they have written and also on the nature of the checker.
