I am satisfied with facilities. It has average placements but good infrastructure.
Placements: There are a total of 1,000 students. The package offered is 10 LPA (2024-2025), which a girl got. I do not remember because I did not focus on placements yet, so it is necessary to do internships. Almost 95% of students got internships, and those who couldn't find internships are working as interns in the department itself.
Infrastructure: All necessary requirements are available on the campus. All sports equipment is available. There are e-libraries, many classrooms, and proper accommodation of students with LED screens, TV, projectors, blackboards, recorded classes, online courses, etc. All facilities are good and comfortable to use.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are great. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. It's very easy to crack exams if we study properly because marks are divided into very easy divisions. 50 marks are needed to score in the final examination, and the remaining 50 marks can be easily scored in the internals, so exams are very easy.
Other: I chose the BBA course. Co-curricular activities are held here. All fests organised are good and enjoyable.

You will experience every feeling in this college, good placements, and good friends.
Placements: Around 250+ companies will come to hire students in our college. In 2024, highest package offered by a company was 52 LPA, and average package was 15 LPA. As our course is computer science, more than 700 students apply for placements, and percentage of getting placed is around 60%. They also offer good internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: Our college offers a fine infrastructure with high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-built library to study with all kinds of books. A well-maintained canteen, well-facilitated sports field, and medical facilities.
Faculty: Our college takes well-educated faculty members and relevant courses that are necessary for industry. They also offer good hackathons so that students can apply their skills to make projects. Exams in our college are tricky, testing our brains and skills.
Other: Joining my college made me handle difficult times regarding curriculum, and I met good friends who are very talented and good at sports and curriculum as well. Our college conducts a fest every year and offers a good scholarship for students from the government, as well as based on their results. Our college conducts sports tournaments and other activities. Also, our college encourages cultural events during Kannada Rajyotsava and during other special days.

Not what I expected it to be.
Placements: As a fresher, I don't know a lot of seniors. But from the things I have heard from most of them, the placements are really good. But the most important part is played by your CGPA here. A good CGPA means good job placement with higher annual income.
Infrastructure: The college provided good classroom and lab facilities. The hostel rooms are decent compared to other hostels. There are four canteens on the campus, and the quality of the food is good. The campus is clean and huge. We have small stalls for snacks and stationery inside the campus.
Faculty: There are two in-sem exams and one end-sem exam conducted in each semester. Most of the faculty members are friendly. Portions are hectic, and scoring is tough. Getting a scholarship in the first year is tough because of the competition among all the first years.
Other: There are no fests conducted regularly. Just one fest per semester. The crowd is fine, but you'll come across mostly nerds. No other interesting activities were conducted after the first month as a fresher. Only focused on studies. It's not worth joining if you're looking for fun and studies.

PES University honest review.
Placements: The placement percentage in our course was around 80-90%. The highest package offered in our course was 46 LPA. The median package offered in our course was 8 LPA. The top recruiting companies that visited our college for our course were Tech Mahindra, Infosys, TCS, etc.
Infrastructure: The college provided us with all the required facilities and infrastructure that were essential for our course. The library was available with lots of books in the college. Computer labs were available with the latest software and technology. The quality of the hostel available for us was good.
Faculty: Teachers were helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of our faculty members in my course was good. The course curriculum was relevant. Students worked on many high-level projects. The semester examinations in this college were a little tough.

PES: The real reason why to join PES.
Placements: We are not in that stage yet being first years, but I still heard and believe that PES has a different brand when it comes to placement. As of what I heard, the highest package for this year is somewhere around 1.1 crore, and the average package being around 20 LPA. Most of the students, about 80% got placed in Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies, which is a remarkable response. This is also one of the reasons students join PES.
Infrastructure: The campus life, infrastructure, and both indoor and outdoor places are really well-maintained and well-equipped. This is one of the attractions at PES, where we get to see a huge block just for indoor sports and other co-scholastic activities. Here at PES, students get to play sports whenever they want, there are separate fields for different outdoor sports. One of the most attractive being is the cricket ground.
Faculty: The curriculum at PES is updated or changed every year to cope with the real-world developing technology, which is a really good thing. All the lectures are very well-experienced and know the core of the subject, which is really wanted for a student. Also, at PES, we have a method called mentoring, which is a one-to-one meeting every week. It is mentored by the teacher, which is really required in a student's education lifestyle.
Other: Nothing much, but I would like to tell my juniors who are going to join this following year. There is no need to study from day 1, but whenever you study, keep full focus until it's done. That's it, just believe in yourself and keep control of yourself.

Worthy for course but not for money.
Placements: There is a good amount of percentage of placements in my course and it is something about 45% of students got placed last year. The minimum package offered was 4 LPA to 15 LPA. Companies from all the streams come to recruit to our college mainly startups and other new companies. Top roles offered was for industrial designers and web designers from our course.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is quite good and aesthetically pleasing. To sit and study we have quite big libraries and Wi-Fi is available but sometimes it is a trouble to connect with them. Moreover, we have a boys hostel inside the college campus and a girl's hostel outside the campus which is contact based and it is taken up by a living space company, for girls hostel which includes food and snacks for the hostellers.
Faculty: Teachers here have knowledge but when it comes to explaining how exams need to be done they have a little less clarity. It makes students industry-ready and they would pass interviews to get the lowest of any salary at least. The difficulty level is quite high and passing needs 35% of the marks at least.
Other: I chose design because I wanted to explore what is the importance of design in today's market. Events and fests are conducted in large sizes once a year for one whole week and we have good concerts and a good amount of crowd can be gathered for our concerts and fests.
