Yes, Pondicherry University offers a three-year MCA programme spread over six semesters. The course is available at the Department of Computer Science of the Puducherry campus and at the Department of Computer Science of the Karaikal campus of Pondicherry University. A total of 125 seats are available combined at both campuses out of which 75 are available at the Puducherry campus while the remaining 50 are offered at the Karaikal campus.

The application fee of MCA for all category candidates is INR 300. Students can pay the application fee online while registering for the course. In addition to the application and tiotion fee, there are several other components included in the overall fee structure for MCA. Yes, Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2026 registration has commenced at cuet.nta.nic.in. NTA released the CUET 2026 notification on January 03. Soon after the release of the CUET official notification, the CUET registration 2026 process has commenced online at the official website. Candidates willing to appear for the CUET 2026 exam must make sure to complete the application form online. Additionally, before filling application form, candidates must make sure that they fulfill the prescribed CUET eligibility criteria to qualify for the entrance exam.

Admission to a majority of postgraduate and integrated postgraduate level courses at Pondicherry University is subject to CUET UG and CUET PG exams. Yes, there are 22 hostels present on the university campus. 14 are for boys and 8 for girls.  The rooms are on a sharing basis, with two to four students in one room. Hostel rooms have basic facilities, such as beds, chairs, and cupboards, and contain a dining hall, a library, a games room, and a laundry room for the residents.  Hostel accommodation is only on a first-come, first-served basis and is reserved for students coming from distant places, and for those who are pursuing certain courses, such as medicine and engineering, etc.

M.Com	Candidate completed any B.Com. degree with a minimum mentioned marks are eligible to apply.
