Ravenshaw University is the best among others in Odisha.

Placements: If you are good in basics and your spoken English is good, then you can easily be placed. In the previous year, the highest package was 4.9 LPA and the lowest is 2.9 LPA. Most of the IT companies come. For my suggestion, you should go for a lab assistant or any chemical company if you are good in Chemistry.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of Ravenshaw is so beautiful. At night, it is colorful with colorful lights. The seven pillars of Ravenshaw increase the beauty and attract more people. There are many functions and ceremonies observed, which are good for student life. The hostel facility is also good; most of the students get a seat in the hostel. There are 7 boys' hostels and 6 girls' hostels.

Faculty: The teachers and professors are very helpful, and all are 30+ years experienced. The teaching methods and teaching quality are also good. If you are dreaming of CSIR NET, attending all the classes is helpful. In the semester, the questions are quite difficult, and the grading system is also good, but not so much.

Other: Every year, the Chemistry department of Ravenshaw organizes various conferences and seminars. The most important thing is your friend circle is built well, and you surely enjoy your time in Ravenshaw. It is my best memory here.

Cooperative faculties, average placement in 2022-23, really good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: 10-20% students were placed in pharmaceutical companies every year in this course with packages between 2-4LPA. Students generally get placed in R&D department in pharma companies as junior scientist. Students get internship on their own in NITs, CSIR-IMMT, FSSAI, etc.

Infrastructure: Well-equipped AC classrooms, good lab facilities, department has its own library. There are hostels with 2, 3 ,4 ,6 seater rooms and are assigned to students according to their ranks in PG entrance. Hostel mess provides average food 3 times a day. University has a canteen, playgrounds ( for both indoor and outdoor games).

Faculty: Professors are very cooperative, helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable and teaching quality is also good. Course curriculum is average, you have to do self study for entrances. Semester exams are not very easy, but manageable. Pass percentage of every batch is 95% and varies.

Other: Campus life is very lively with so many events, fest, jammings, competitions, festival celebrations every year. Infrastructure, libraries, hostel, playground, lawn everything is well maintained.
