No, admission to RGPV at MBA is not possible without qualifying the entrance exam. Candidates who are willing for admission to MBA course must qualify for CMAT entrance exam with a valid score. This is a national-level entrance exam conducted by NTA for admission to eligible candidates in Management courses. Candidates who will secure a valid score in CMAT will be able to apply for the counselling process and secure seat at RGPV.

To apply for course via DTE MP counselling process, candidates are required to visit the official website of the respective counselling body and fill an online application form. For admission to MBA course at RGPV, candidates are required to fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria in the first place. Students who passed graduation with minimum 50% total in any stream are eligible to apply for this course. However there is a five percent relaxation for candidates belonging from reserved categories and the state of Madhya Pradesh. These students are required to obtain minimum of 45% total in graduation. It's a mandatory step to qualify before applying for this course.

The total tuition fee for a two year MBA course ranges between INR 78,000 - INR 1.5 lakh. This fee is includes the fee for all affiliated colleges of RGPV that offers MBA course.  Apart from this, candidates also have to pay for hostel charges, if they apply for accomodation. Candidates also have to pay for other one-time charges such as Refundable Caution Money, Exam Development Fee, Prospectus Fee, etc.

Seats allocation for the selected candidates to MBA course at RGPV is done via DTE MP counselling, which is a state-level counselling process. Find below the complete steps to apply for DTE MP counselling process:

• Registration - DTE MP Counselling application forms will be available online. Candidates have to register online on the official website.
• Choice filling - Candidates have to login into the next step, and fill in their choices of colleges and courses.
• Declaration of Merit list - After filling the preferences, the authority will release a merit list of DTE MP Counsellings 2023 for all categories. The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of fulfilling the eligibility and availability of seats in the colleges/institutes of Madhya Pradesh.
• Seat allotment letter - Issuance of seat allotment letter for general pool and TFW categories will be issued after the declaration of the merit list. The application process starts for the first seat up-gradation.
• Verification of documents - After issuance of seat allotment letter, verification of documents will be conducted by the authority.
• Reporting to the allotted institute - After verification, candidates have to report to the allotted institute for final admission.
