Good infrastructure and management .
Placements: Around 65 to 70 percent of students from my batch were placed. The packages range from 3 LPA to 8 LPA and an average of 4 to 4.5 LPA. Major recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Wipro and Cognizant. Common roles offered were software engineer, system engineer, and associate developer.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities were well maintained with good mess and canteen food. Medical facilities and sports rooms were available. It makes campus life comfortable. Overall, the campus provided a safe and student friendly environment. And also, the mess food is really good.
Faculty: Mostly, exams are easy in terms of question pattern. The semester's exams are moderate and are manageable with regular study and attendance. The evaluation process is fair and the pass percentage is 35% in each subject. Most students clear exams on their first attempt.
Other: I belonged to B.Tech Information Technology batch and chose this course for its strong career path in the IT industry. The course offered good coresubject a labs, but more industry based training could improve it.

The college has good facilities and infrastructure.
Placements: There were more than 1600 offers to date as of 22-01-2026 for the 2026 passed-out students. The highest package is 41 LPA offered by Amazon for many students. Computer Science and Engineering has many offers. The roles offered range from the top position to the lowest.
Infrastructure: There are many labs and Wi-Fi facilities on campus. Every classroom is equipped with a digital smart projector. The library is vast and has a lot of useful books. There is an emergency hospital and a dental hospital for emergency facilities. NCC and NSS are encouraged and given priority.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful and qualified. They clear doubts and share materials that enhance our knowledge. This course is very relevant and makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams are quite tough, and we cannot expect the questions that come in our exams.

Review of Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.
Placements: There are no placements for students with a history of arrears in our department.
Infrastructure: Good, but AC in labs and classrooms would have been nice. Classrooms and bathrooms are not great, but manageable. It is still one of the best universities in Chennai, and this is not an excuse. A bus is available for almost every route in Chennai. Lunch is the best time with a good meal, both veg and non-veg. Lively canteen. The campus is walkable, giving it a pretty much Karan Johar college life.
Faculty: Faculty is good enough, and teachers are good, but security is rude and not helpful. They should understand they are here to work for us and serve us, not the other way around. Attendance is strict, and students cannot roam around freely. If you enter the campus in the morning, you have to stay until evening. Exams are easy. They are given the question bank at the start of every semester. Dean is super egoistic, but he won't come in your way if you don't cross him. Professors are chill most of the time.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty.
Placements: Approximately 75 percent of students were placed in our course. The highest package offered in our college is 50 LPA, and the lowest package offered in our college is about 5 to 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are like Google and Amazon. .
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available in our department like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, and computer labs are very perfect. The quality in our hostel facility is so good. The quality in our mess and canteen is good. Medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: The teachers in our class are somehow better, but they are all fully qualified and somehow better. All the teachers are knowledgeable and somehow better. This course curriculum is fully relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. The teachers are knowledgeable and qualified.

The review indicated the importance of my college and the facilities it provides.
Placements: Placements are average to good with many mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, and Cognizant. A few core and product companies visit for top performers. Training and placement cell provides aptitude and soft skill support, and it is a good college for interdisciplinary.
Infrastructure: Campus has good infrastructure with modern classrooms, labs, and library. Hostels are well-maintained with basic facilities, decent food, and proper safety security by the college staff over there. The food is common to everyone, and it is free of cost.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are very supportive with modern approach to teaching. Teaching quality varies by department. The curriculum is designed as per the modern technology features implemented in today's era, and the future helps to improve programming skills.
Other: College is good for exploring things in all terms.

Absolutely very good infrastructure and good placement in 2025.
Placements: 90% of them are placed. The highest package is about 50 LPA. Recruiters are from most IT companies. More students got paid internships on companies in Bangalore. Seniors told that the placement is very good compared to other colleges. These companies are mostly tier one companies of IT.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good. There are good professors and well-educated lab technician. The surroundings are always clean and neat. The bus facilities are not good as they arrange less buses for more students. Nearly 10,000 students are studying so the college is always busy.
Faculty: Faculty members are good and friendly. They are well-qualified scholars, and their knowledge is good. Semester exams are always chill, and they provide more duration between exams. The pass percentage is 50 percent. Industries are ready to recruit the students. Students can develop skills through training in the evenings.
Other: I chose this course as I liked the aeroplanes.
