Admissions to Saveetha Medical College can be obtained only if students qualify for entrance exams of the respective courses. For medical courses like MBBS, it's not possible to get admission without appearing for the NEET exam. Without qualification for entrance exams, one would not be eligible for admission. Entrance exams might not be required for non-medical courses like B. Sc or BA. Technical courses like engineering usually require entrance exams like JEE Mains.

And the cheapest course is Bp.ed which costs 30k per year. Looking at these figures it can be said that this University is not very expensive.
