SGT University BA Courses & Fees 2025: Eligibility, Selection, Admission, Seats

If any candidate is unable to receive the OTP while applying at SGT University, they should try resending or reloading the sent OTP. Aspirants can apply online or offline at SGT University Gurgaon. Candidates need to fill out the form and pay the fees. Check below documents required to apply at the university:

Yes, you can get admission to a BA course of SGT University with 60% in Class 12. The minimum aggregate varies from one specialisation to another, ranging from 55% to 60%. For verification purposes, the students must hold the relevant documents at the time of form filling/admission. These are required by the authorities for verification purposes. 

Yes, SGT University offers four years long BA (Hons) programmes. The UG course is available in Liberal Arts and Psychology. Admission to these courses is merit-based or through CUET. Candidates shortlisted by the university can be called for the interview round as well. The aspirants can further apply for admission in both online and offline modes. 

Yes, SGT University offers BA and BA (Hons) courses across different specialisations. The UG-level programmes are available in a full-time mode of study. Admission to the courses is merit-based/or based on merit in CUET. The specialisations in which the course is available are:

• BA (Hons with Research) Psychology
• BA (Hons with Research) Liberal Arts
• BA (Hons) English
• BA Journalism and Mass Communication

SGT University admit students to the BA course on a merit-basis and can consider CUET scores for selection as well. The aspirants must check that they meet the course-specific eligibility requirements as well. Applications are accepted by the university of eligible students only. Shortlisted candidates by the university can further be called for the personal interview round as well. 

Common University Entrance Test/ CUET UG is an entrance exam. It is conducted for admission to UG programs offered by various central, state, private and deemed universities. Candidates willing to take admission to undergraduation programme in streams like Science, Humanities, Commerce, Law and Management must appear for CUET UG exam when conducted.

This entrance examination assesses candidates at various levels: Language, domain knowledge and general aptitude. CUET UG is conducted annually in computer based mode. CUET UG scores are accepted by more than 300 universities across India. 

NEET MDS is a computer-based exam of three hours duration with two time-bound sections. Part A was for 75 minutes and had 100 questions. Part B had 140 questions to be solved in105 minutes. The timing of the exam was 2 PM to 5 PM. There were a total of 240 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) from the NEET MDS syllabus. Each question has four marks and there will be negative marking of one mark for each wrong answer. The following table brings the overview and structure of the NEET MDS exam pattern. 

The NEET MDS 2025 exam pattern has been revised from last year. 

Yes, the NEET 2025 exam pattern was changed. NTA announced the change in the exam pattern on January 25, 2025, to enable candidates prepare accordingly. The optional questions were removed. Instead of 200 questions, there were 180 questions. The total duration of NEET 2025 was reduced from 200 minutes to 180 minutes or three hours now.
