Good campus, decent placement and support, nice infrastructure, helpful teachers, and good crowd.

Placements: In B.Tech CSE (2024 batch), around 80-85% got placed with packages ranging from 3.5 LPA to 25 LPA. Top recruiters included TCS, Infosys, Capgemini. Most students got internships in similar companies. Good campus, decent placement & support.

Infrastructure: Our department has well-maintained computer labs with the latest systems. Wi-Fi is available across the campus and inside the department. Classrooms are spacious with projectors and smart boards. Library has a good collection of books and digital resources. Hostel rooms are decent, with basic furniture and 24/7 electricity. Clean drinking water and washroom facilities are available in the hostel. Mess food is average, but hygiene is maintained properly. Canteen offers a variety of snacks and meals at reasonable prices.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and supportive, and the curriculum is mostly industry-relevant with good teaching quality. Semester exams are moderate in difficulty.

Other: I'm from the B.Tech CSE 2025 batch. I chose this course due to my interest in coding and tech. Course is practical and updated, but more industry exposure is needed. Campus life is active with good fests and a crowd.

It is a place where we can make ourselves perfect and develop in 4 years.

Placements: In my course, 100% of students get placed. It has a 93% placement rate. The highest package is 21 LPA, and the lowest package is 6 LPA. IMobi, Chalo, etc., companies visit the college for placements. A lot of students got internships in Imobi and Chalo companies. Top roles offered are software developer, frontend developer, full-stack developer, and data analyst.

Infrastructure: In our campus and department, the infrastructure is very unique and looks good. It is attractive to students and parents. The hostel is very clean and neat with a good atmosphere. The quality of food served is unbelievable. The taste of food is awesome, and most of the food is protein-rich. We have both sports and medical facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are the ones who care about students and students' future. Teachers with a doctorate degree are only on the campus to teach classes to students. In Computer Science, the course curriculum makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of exams is based on the students' performance. The pass percentage is above 90%.

If you don't get into a good college, you came here.

Placements: In computer science, 60 percent of students got placed. In other branches, placement is almost zero. For placement, only some companies came, one of which is TCS. The average package is about 4 lakh per annum. If you want good internships and placement, you should go to off-campus.

Infrastructure: In facilities like classrooms, it is good but not like top colleges. Benches are like school benches. Wi-Fi is available, but you can't use it very much. Labs are only for name. The quality of mess food is good. Libraries are good. The canteen is like almost everything is available. Time-to-time sports fests are organised.

Faculty: Some faculty are experienced and good. But most of them are college-to-timepass. The curriculum is not updated. It is a very old curriculum. If you want to be industry-ready, you should study by yourself. Semester exams are moderate. What the teacher teaches in class only comes in the exam. The pass percentage is like 90 percent.

SRM never disclose the cut off marks or rank for all the branches and campuses. They used to fill their seats according to vacancies so I guess you need to get within 7000 or less to get CS or its specialization in main campus in Category A and this depends upon the difficulty of paper and competiti
