SHUATS offers various courses in the field of Agriculture, such as BSc (Hons) Agriculture, BSc (Hons) Horticulture, and more. In each of these courses, twenty-five percent (25%) of the total seats are filled through all India entrance tests conducted by ICAR. Moreover, these seats are inclusive of Christian and general candidates.

For applying for BTech at SHUATS Allahabad one must have completed 12th from CBSE or UP board with atleat 50% marks for general category and 45% for reserved category.

After satisfying this criteria, students have to qualify the SHIATS entrance exam. Which completely merit based.

For few courses like agricultural, food technology and dairy specialisation BTech, there is another entrance called SOET (SHUATS online entrance exam)

Yes, SHUATS does extend financial support to Christian students. Students belonging to the aforementioned category can avail Yeshu Darbar Scholarship. These scholarships are available only to poor and needy Christian students. They must submit the following documents while applying:

• Letter of recommendation from the Pastor of the Church duly authenticated by the Senior Pastor or Bishop
• Baptism Certificate/Confirmation Certificate
• Parent's Income Certificate

Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences has a talented and compassionate faculty. The serving Chancellor at the university is Dr. Jetti A. SHUATS is one of the premier Universities in Allahabad and has been receiving rankings from major bodies in India. As per the 2023 rankings, SHUATS has been ranked 70th in the NIRF Pharmacy rankings. SHUATS Allahabad can be reached via the major modes of transportation. Students can arrive at the Prayagraj Airport and take a short 30-minute drive to reach the university campus. The average package offered in recent placements is not out yet.
