My experience at SOA University.

Placements: We have a placement cell. Top recruiters of our campus are Infosys, Wipro, HCL, and Amazon. Students who want to pursue higher studies usually opt out of the placement cell, remaining students apply. There is a procedure that is followed from interviews to written exams to the selection process. There are teachers who guide us to get through the process.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus is impressive. We have a well-stocked library, auditorium, and medical room. The classrooms are huge and are equipped with smart boards. There are hostels as well for girls and boys, and they can accommodate nearly 16,000+ students. It has all the best facilities.

Faculty: Faculty members are all good. There are one or two I do not like because of some issues, but otherwise, all are chill. The student-teacher ratio is 1:10. They guide us in every aspect and motivate us to do better. They help us solve our doubts and provide enough material to study and understand.

Review of ITER College, Bhubaneswar Odisha.

Placements: The placement is good in comparison to other colleges. If you are sincere towards your studies, you'll guarantee a very good package. Attend the pre-placement talk, focus on core subjects, and meanwhile prepare for aptitude because the first round is based on aptitude.

Infrastructure: Hostels are good as they should be for an engineering student but the food is not top of the table (this is with every college). Sometimes issues come with the water cooler or Wi-Fi but it gets fixed within 1-2 weeks. A hot water facility is also available in the winter season.

Faculty: Prepare from the notes and you'll give your best in the exam. Keep revising the topics taught in class on the same day itself. Practical is also very important don't skip any day's practical or else you'll start forgetting the previous one. One more thing submit assignments before the deadline it carries marks.

Reality of one of the most talked-about engineering institutes in the capital of the state ITER, SOA

Placements: About 60 to 70 percent of the students get placed every year. The highest package offered in recent years is about 36 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA to 5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, and Cognizant. About 40 to 50 percent of students got internships in mass recruiting companies.

Infrastructure: The classrooms here are decent. Wi-Fi is not provided in the classroom, and all students need to depend on their own ISP. The network coverage inside the campus is very bad. Infrastructure is good, but the campus size is not so large. Hostel rooms are decent enough, but the washrooms are below average, and the food provided in the hostel is the worst thing about the hostels.

Faculty: The student-teacher relationship is good. Most of the faculty here is student-friendly and well qualified, but still there is a gap between the faculty. Subjects not related to computer science, like UHV (Universal Human Values) and ITW (Introduction to Technical Writing) are just the worst. The course given in the academic curriculum are industry-ready, but in reality they do not provide in-depth knowledge about the entire topic. The semester exams are very easy to pass they are just a combination of previous year papers. The pass percentage is near 80 percent.

Other: If you are a day scholar and coming to the campus by your own vehicle, then there is a shortage of parking space. If you arrive early to campus, then you might have to park your vehicle inside the basement of H4 and walk approximately 900m to your desired block.

Infrastructure: We have all facilities like Wi-Fi, classrooms, and a library. Every classroom has 2 ACs. There is 24/7 Wi-Fi available. The library remains open till 5:30 PM. You can borrow books and bare acts easily, and there is no time limit. We have all medical facilities, and ambulances are available for medical emergencies. The mess and canteen are pretty good. The food is also good.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful, qualified, and very friendly. You can learn many things from them. The course curriculum is relevant. It makes the students industry-ready. Placements: The highest package offered this year is 46 LPA. The median package of this course is 6 LPA, which means 50 percent of students placed get more than or equal to 6 LPA. Myntra, Flipkart, Microsoft, Dell, etc., offer a good salary. You become eligible after the 2nd year to sit for the interview. For internship programs, many companies take students from the 3rd year and provide them with an internship offer.

Infrastructure: There are several buildings for several departments. A complete building for sports, canteen, academics, etc., is available. Good facilities are there for sports person. There are two football grounds, two cricket playing areas, a badminton court, basketball court, kabaddi, kho-kho court, table tennis area, etc. There are medical facilities provided free of cost by the college.

Faculty: The curriculum of the course is based totally on industry expectations. They provide all the necessary skills required to get a job at least. So the college is decent overall. For placements, you would definitely land a job.

Placements: Placements are decent, but you have to work hard. Most of the students get placed in service-based companies here. A handful of them get a decent package, and very few get an exceptional package, so it totally depends on the student and which category they are in.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is decent but is in progress. The campus size is not very big but you would get all the basic amenities within the campus, including all the major sports-related amenities, gym, and library. You would always feel that everything is in a very small space.

Faculty: Some teachers are good but not all. Some are highly qualified, along with a good teaching style as well, and on the other hand, some teachers are equally qualified, but you may feel some teachers make things a bit confusing. Otherwise, the faculty is very supportive.
