Absolutely satisfied with the college, as it has great faculty.

Placements: Major recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Deloitte, Larsen and Toubro, Tata Constructions, Amazon, Microsoft, Hexaware, Racetrack and many more. The placement cell completely helps and guides us throughout the placements. A decent 7 CGPA will help you sit for the placement drives of all companies.

Infrastructure: Hostel life is good, and the rooms are cleaned every day. Cleanliness is maintained. Ample hostel seats are available. Depending upon occupancy and facilities (AC/non-AC), the fee is decided. The fee for a 2-sharing room with AC is 1.2 Lacs per year. The fee for a 3-sharing room with AC is 90,000 per year. The fee for non-AC rooms is 48,000 per year. Caution money (one time and refundable) is 5,000.

Faculty: I was pressurized by my parents to take CSE, but I had no interest in it. Later, I joined my dream course, i.e., civil, and I find it very fascinating. Thanks to all the experienced faculty members here who provided the best guidance for our bright future. The faculty here are beyond my expectations. They are highly qualified and professionals. Quizzes are held regularly. Mid-semester exams and end-semester exams are held once every semester.

Other: The fests are held twice a year. The tech fest is held once a year in the spring season. Due to covid, it has stopped now. Ample books and journals are available in the library, and it has good facilities to study. Systems are present for browsing. The classrooms have central air-conditioners and projectors for better understanding. Automotive society, photography club, Shristi, English cafe, Toneelstuk, etc., are present here. I chose to pursue civil engineering because it is my dream, and I want to achieve heights with the help of my great faculty members and friends here at ITER.

A college life worth living and enjoying once.

Placements: Placements are offered by top companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Mediamint, etc. Various job roles include software engineer ( Trainee), graduate engineer, assistant software engineer etc. were offered. More than 75-80% students have been placed. The college themselves take the responsibility and initiate step in getting placements.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, Labs, etc. Available in every block. A good classroom environment to flourish. A centralised library from 9:30 am to 8:30 pm with full access to all kinds of books. Books can be issued by students for self study and references. Various facilities available in the hostel are free Wi-Fi, 22-23 hrs electricity, water etc. Cleaning of room on daily basis. Various indoor games available with space for outdoor games as well. Food available in mess as well as canteens, medical facilities for all hostel students 24x7.

Faculty: The teachers are qualified as well as cooperative and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is relevant. Needs some more scope of skill improvement regarding students to be industry ready. No difficulty in passing the exams. 33-40% is the passing percentage required.

Other: Civil engineering being a core branch has wide range of scope.

Overall it is a good college and one of the best private institutes in Odisha.

Placements: Placements in SOA University are quite good. There is a placement cell that governs all the activities regarding placements and campuses. The placement cell is very useful for students, and it is a separate department. It helps students in all the placement activities. Around 85% of the students of our batch got placed. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA which is quite good for a fresher.

Infrastructure: Our college has all the necessary infrastructures and equipment. I feel proud to be a student of this college. Classrooms are well maintained. They have smart boards and projectors, and the room is air-conditioned. The campus has free Wi-Fi. Laboratories are good, clean and are sufficient, and have very sophisticated equipment. It also has sports centers. There are also hostel facilities for both ladies and gents.

Faculty: I opted for this course because of my interest in it. The teaching quality is also very good. Faculty members are well experienced and they explain so well. The course curriculum is updated, and it includes all the recent developments in the field. We are given proper training about dentistry such that it will help us in the future.

Other: We have spent around 8-9 months in the college before the pandemic, and these months were excellent. Students can get engaged in any club they want. It has many kinds of clubs like robotics club, Srishti club, music club, radio club, etc.

Excellent faculty with good placement in 2017.

Placements: Very good placement. Placement staffs are very good. They provide many facilities to the student. Good for the students in any branch. All branch all company are coming for recruitment. 100% placement. 80%student got internships in many companies. Microsoft, Google like companies are coming.

Infrastructure: Very good facilities and infrastructure available for your Department. All classrooms are fully AC. FULL campus is Wi-Fi. Good quality food available in hostel so don't worry. Sports and games facility is also available for all students. Canteen facility is very good.

Faculty: All teacher are excellent in each and every Department. All teachers are helpful in each and every topic. They take care of student. So don't worry teaching faculty is excellent. It is course curriculum relevant and it makes the student industry-ready.

Our college is the best for CS and IT students.

Placements: More than 50% of the students from our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA by Microsoft, and the lowest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Campaign, TCS and Infosys visit our college for placements. Our college does not provide placements for core branches.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is available in all hostels 24x7. The college also provides air-conditioned hostel, but they charge a lot. The main campus library is too good, and we can learn many things in the library. The college provides a different block for different branches. Quality of hospitality is best at the hostel. Our college does not provide a playground.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful. Many teachers are M.Tech qualified and PhD holders. Their teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is not relevant, and it does not make the students industry-ready. If you are good at aptitude and reasoning, then you will be able to get placed in a good company.

Other: I have chosen this course because of my interest and my father interest too. Our college does not organise fest for students.
