Registered candidates for CLAT 2023 counselling will be called by the respective NLUs through five provisional merit lists, each released by the Consortium of CLAT. Candidates, who have been allocated a seat in the second list and applied for revision, should check the status of their seat in the third list. Those, who have been allotted a seat in the TNNLU Second Provisional Allotment List, must complete the process of exercising any one of the actions mentioned below:

- Apply for Revise
- Exit from the CLAT admission process

The Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) released the CLAT 2026 result for admission to five-year integrated law and one-year LLM courses.
CLAT result contains details like the candidate's overall and sectional scores, and merit rank. Those who will qualify CLAT by meeting the required minimum cutoff as per the merit list are called for the counselling process for seat allotment.
Note that for admission to the 5-year LLB or LLM courses, the candidate will have to meet the CLAT cut-off in their respective category. The CLAT merit rank list will be shared at the time of admission and seat allotments. Candidates ranked higher in CLAT merit list will be given preference during the seat allotment process.
