It has a strong technical foundation with decent placements and growing infrastructure.
Placements: Around 70-75% of the ECE students at Techno India University get placed. The highest package is 10 LPA, and the average package is 4.5 LPA. The lowest package is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and L&T. About 60% of students secure internships at BSNL, DRDO, TCS iON, and startups. Key roles offered are embedded engineer, VLSI engineer, software developer, and network engineer.
Infrastructure: As a 2nd-year student of B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) at Techno India University, Kolkata, I have experienced a good range of facilities that support academic and overall development. Our department is equipped with essential labs such as the analog electronics lab, digital electronics lab, communication systems lab, microprocessor and microcontroller lab, and VLSI and embedded systems labs.

Good classrooms with projectors study materials as well as friendly teachers mentors and faculty.
Placements: TCS, AXES, Wipro, Infotech, Microsoft, etc. are the companies that have visited during the placement drive. Internships are also provided by our college. The average package starts at 5 lakhs and can go up to 17 lakhs, or more, as it is basically based on the knowledge of the student.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the campus canteen, and food is also good. The library is also full of books. The labs are well furnished and filled with all the necessities that are required for an interesting learning experience. Teachers are helpful and available at any time when any student needs mentoring or help.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, qualified, and helpful. Yes, it makes the student industry ready, but only when the students pay attention to lectures and programs. The course is overall good and provides both its sector as well as core jobs and it also gives knowledge regarding some CSE fields.
Other: Summer fest events games held in every month.

Placements: The salary range for my course this year varied from 2 lacs to 6.5 lacs, with top companies like TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, and Amazon being the major recruiters. At TIU, only students in their 5th semester and above are eligible to apply for internships, while students from any year can apply for internships through national internship portals..
Infrastructure: Our university is well-equipped with smart boards and air-conditioned classrooms. Labs and the library hall are also there. The university is located in a very good location in Kolkata. Everything is there that a student requires to enjoy his college life.
Faculty: The faculty members at this institution possess exceptional qualifications, having obtained degrees from prestigious institutions such as IITs, NITs, IIEST, and JU. They exhibit exemplary teaching skills and demonstrate a helpful nature. The university has developed its own curriculum, tailored to meet the demands of modern engineering. The semester exams are challenging, ranging from moderate to difficult, necessitating a disciplined approach to studying in order to succeed.

Infrastructure: Our college provides good infrastructure. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Browsing speed is good. Air-conditioners are available in classrooms. Labs are good. A huge library is available. Our college hostel is located in Newtown. The quality of the food in the hostel is delicious.
