Yes, there is seat reservations at Tezpur University for students. The 60% of available BTech seats are reserved for the permanent of north-East States (NE-State). Candidates who fill up Tezpur University application form shall be considered for the reserved seats. The applicants desiring a seat under NE quota must attach a PRC (permanent residence certificate) along with the form. However, these applicants shall be eligible to get admitted to the open seats through central counselling procedure. Admission to the remaining 40% open seats shall be made through the central counselling based on JEE (Main).
