Admission Process:

Eligibility: Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in Class 10+2 or an equivalent grade from a recognized board.

No, you will not get direct admission into The Neotia University. Most courses have merit-based admissions wherein eligibility will be determined by your last qualifying examination.
