Review of The Neotia University.

Placements: Our college provides an internship for every student from the first year. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Hyundai, and Red Bull are some of the companies that come to our campus for placements. The average package offered is 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA depending on the company, and the highest offered is 7 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our university offers excellent information from Wi-Fi campus to swimming pool and a gym for students who are living in the hostel. The quality of the food in the hostel is acceptable. The kitchen is clean, and hygiene is maintained during cooking. Every lab is equipped with modern equipments.

Faculty: Teachers are kind, friendly, and extremely helpful. The course is relevant to industry standards. Both practical and theoretical classes are held, and every year industry visit occurs, which helps us become industry-ready. The semester exams are a bit difficult, one has to study hard to pass the exams.

Other: Events like freshers and fests occur every year.

Life at the Neotia University.

Placements: The placement is quite good here, with a placement percentage of around 91+% in the BBA stream with multiple specialisation options like Digital Marketing, Finance, and Marketing Management. The highest package offered from our department is 7 LPA, with an average package of 3.1 LPA. The university ensures 100% internship support and also internships at multiple companies, with 2 compulsory internships. Top roles are offered as Digital Marketing Executive and Finance Executive.

Infrastructure: The department is fully Wi-Fi enabled with access to the Digital Library for all students. The hostel is also Wi-Fi enabled with 24/7 water supply and a hostel gym facility. The food served is decent, but the menu is changed quarterly, so that is the best part. The university also has the facility of a medical hospital and multiple sports grounds.

Faculty: Faculty members are experienced in industry and also highly qualified. Mostly Ph.D holding faculty members are here. The curriculum is designed in such a way that we learn to get industry ready. Here at TNU, per semester, 3 exams are organised, 2 minor tests and final end semester exams.

Placements: For our batch, placements have been surprisingly strong. Digital marketing is booming, and companies like Jaro Education, Infosys, Cognizant, Swissotel, and TCS actively recruited from our department. The average package hovered around ₹4.2 LPA, with some students landing offers above ₹6 LPA. What helped most was the internship exposure, I interned with a boutique agency in Kolkata, managing social media campaigns and an SEO audit, which gave me a real taste of the industry.

Infrastructure: The campus is modern and well-maintained. Our classrooms are equipped with smart boards and Wi-Fi, and the digital marketing lab has tools for analytics, content creation, and campaign simulations. The library is a quiet haven, stocked with marketing journals, branding case studies, and e-resources.

Faculty: Our faculty members are a mix of academic scholars and industry professionals. They taught us everything from consumer behavior and brand strategy to Google Ads and influencer marketing. What stood out was their willingness to go beyond the syllabus; some even helped us prepare for certifications like HubSpot and Meta Blueprint.

Other: The crowd here is vibrant. Students come from all over Bengal and beyond, bringing different languages, cultures, and perspectives. Most of us speak a mix of Bengali, Hindi, and English, and the vibe is friendly and collaborative.

It is neutral about facilities, but the faculty members are good.

Placements: Around 70-80% of students get placed with an average salary package of 3.5 LPA. The highest package is 6 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Cognizant, IBM, and Taj are among the top recruiters. Students can get roles like marketing manager, marketing executive, social media manager, etc.

Infrastructure: Our computer lab is stacked with modern computers. Many classrooms have a projector. Most of the campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The library stacks are full of books that are relevant to our courses. The food in the hostel mess is acceptable. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are mostly kind, helpful, and friendly. Our professors teach us skills that will make us industry-ready. The difficulty level of semester exams depends on the semester. Odd semester is easy. Even semester is difficult as the no of subjects will vary.

It's really good so please join.

Placements: Many students choose our college and choose the department of BBA. It's also a good platform to choose this. Placement is also good. Seniors are good. Internships are also good. Many companies like IIT, Corizo, and SkillUp are helping with internships for both online and offline. There should be better arrangements for placements and opportunities for internships.

Infrastructure: Hostel is good. Wardens are good. But sometimes the hostel food is not prepared good, it tastes less. But otherwise it's also good.

Faculty: Teachers are good. They are well-educated. They teach us properly. Teaching quality is also good. I think it makes the student's career. Semester exams are good but sometimes we feel tough. Faculty members are very good and very supportive. They teach us very well. They are helping us. They solve our problems. They are guiding, loving, and caring.

Other: We are choosing this course because of a better career, more experience, knowledge, and a good job and placement for a better future.

Our college is good in all aspects, especially education.

Placements: All students got placed from our branches in good companies. Almost 90% of students got placed this year in our college with a salary package of 10 LPA. The salary packages are good. Many sales roles are offered to students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. It has good classrooms, washrooms, and a library. We can study properly in the library. The mess facility is good. The food served in the mess is hygienic and tasty. Medical facilities are available in our college where free medicines are provided.

Faculty: Semester exams are a bit difficult, but if you study properly, you will get marks.

Other: It is a good college. Our department conducts various curriculum activities like business conclave, etc. The business conclave contains four groups where we can study and gain experience in various things, which would help in the future.
