Best time of my life with TISS, Pune.

Placements: Excellent placements. 100% of the students in the batch get placed; more than 6 students get a package of 25 lacs. The average package is 20 lakhs, and our college fee is 1.2 lakhs, which is the best return on investment. Recruiting companies include ABB, HUL, Citi Bank, etc. Getting an internship is very easy at our college. Management and decision-making roles are offered.

Infrastructure: The college is in a very rich area; even Kapoor's house is visible from the college, and it has a very colorful campus life. Wi-Fi is available in the library and on campus. Hostels are on campus, and the facilities provided are top-class. Mess food is of the highest quality. Medical facilities are available in college, if someone is injured.

Faculty: Teachers are top-class, highly educated from reputed institutes; few are alumni of the college. Digital classrooms are mostly used by us. The course is designed to build us leaders; it improves skills in leadership, communication and thinking. It makes us leaders, not employees. Semester exams are not that hard if you study well.

Other: TISS's name is more than just a B-school; it provides a high level of education. Produce leaders of industries.

The course curriculum has been designed in a very thoughtful way.

Placements: The course does not offer any kind of placement support because social entrepreneurship is all about starting your venture but yes you can work in the same ecosystem and you will get paid well. For the placements, you will have to rely on the central placement committee and your personal network. The average package is around 7-8 lac.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is amazing, you are gonna love it. The library is opened 24*7, the campus is green and it has natural beauty. The animal of TISS makes it a beautiful place to study. The only thing I miss on the campus is a playground but we somehow manage to play cricket and football.

Faculty: Faculty will support you in every circumstance and everyone is very helpful and resourceful. The course curriculum has been designed in a very thoughtful way. You are going to love the fieldwork, which is why TISS is famous. From the networking perspective, this course is amazing.

Other: TISS students celebrate each and every day. They respect and celebrate culture and diversity.

TISS is the mecca of social science.

Placements: TISS is very popular in terms of placements and return of investment measures. The college is very good in terms of ROI considering the low fee structure of the institute. The average salary package offered is 18.77 lacs per annum, and the maximum package is 28 lacs per annum offered by top corporates like Amazon, Citibank, Maruti Suzuki, etc.

Infrastructure: The college has a great infrastructure in the 21 acres of land in Deonar, Mumbai, Maharashtra. TISS recently became the first college in the country to provide a dedicated hostel for the transgender community. All the necessary amenities and facilities are provided on the campus. It is one of the best colleges for HR, social sciences and health administration courses.

Faculty: The curriculum is rigorous and hectic. Regular fieldwork trips with expert authorities bring immense experience and exposure to the students. A minimum of 2 field trips are conducted per week. Government projects, UN, and NGOs are regular clients of TISS.

The student should try for this college because there is more scope in this field (social).

Placements: The placement of the college is very good. Last year, it was 100% placement and this year will be the same too. The main thing is that the placement cell is handled by the student itself so that they can call the company or organisation where they want to go. All the students got placed in the organisation where they can work on the field. The salary package is good at an average of 3.50 lacs PA.

Infrastructure: All facilities are available for the students like Wi-Fi, LAN connection in room for net, library, dining hall, and Wi-Fi in every classroom. The best part is the quality of food which is very good, and the hostels have a good infrastructure because there are now new hostels built for student and the bathroom has a shower for baths.

Faculty: Most probably, all faculty members have done their PhD and have good teaching methods like a participatory approach in the classroom. The ratio of student to teacher is 20:1 and all courses are related to social cause. The campus is named as a rural development school.

Other: The campus has a very good ambience and is seen like a hill station. The student can develop himself in terms of leadership and communication because the students are from all parts of the country so you can interact with every state and get to know about their culture, state and social problems. The good thing is you can develop contacts which can help you a lot in the future. It is like mini-India.

Other: Coming to TISS infrastructure, is great we have a nice playground and good faculty and more over they are very friendly and we have a very good placements we do hangout in canteen or sports room where we enjoy a lot and coming to library we have enough books to gain knowledge and labs made us to learn theoretically.
