It is the best social work college in India.

Placements: There were 30 students in one batch. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA. All well-reputed NGOs and companies visited our campus. Every student got an internship. Almost 80-90% of students were placed. The top role offered was the project leader.

Infrastructure: The library was good. The computer labs were good. The atmosphere at the college was pleasant. The campus had lush greenery. Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus. Hostel facilities were available for girls and boys. The canteen was available at an affordable price.

Faculty: Our teachers were excellent. This was the best option for you if you were passionate about your career. Exams were difficult. All teachers were good and supportive. They would recommend a good company for your career.

Other: The campus was very beautiful and huge. Scholarships were available.

Candidate must have completed graduation or equivalent with minimum 50% marks from a recognized university/ college. Proof of English Language Proficiency is essential only for an applicant who has studied in a university located in a non-English speaking country or whose mode of Instruction during previous Degree/ diploma was not English. The candidate has to provide any one of the following scores. The score should not be older than two years. International English Language Testing System (IELTS) - Academic version-minimum score of 6.5 is required. Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL - iBT): a score of above 90 or intermediate level performance or Certification of Proficiency in the English issued by the University/College/School from where the candidate has passed her/ his last qualifying examination. Kindly note, only those students who have qualified from foreign Universities or Boards of Higher Education, recognized as equivalent by the AIU, are eligible for admission.

Admission Process

Pre-Interview Test & Personal Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the pre-interview test (PIT) and personal interview (PI) based on the score obtained in TISS National Entrance Test (TISS-NET). The pre-interview test consists of a written test conducted before the personal interview. International Students have to take Online International Entrance Test (IET) and shortlisted candidate will be invited for Skype interviews.
Merit Screening
Admission is based on the TISSNET score and performance in pre-interview test and personal interview. Selection parameters and weightages: TISSNET score- 40% Pre-Interview Test- 30% Personal Interview- 30% For International Students, admission is based on the IET score and performance in skype interview.
