An amazing school for law.

Placements: Around 60% of students got placed in my college. The highest salary is 14 LPA. The lowest salary is 4 LPA, and the average salary offered in your course is 8 LPA. Best law firm recruitment for my course. 80% of students got internships from my course in legal firm. Many internships and placements are offered in my college.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, etc., are available in my department and those work very well. Classrooms are very big and clean. Their Wi-Fi connection is very good. The library is also big and all the books are available related to law. I don't stay in a hostel so I can't comment on the hotel. But I have heard from my friends that the food is good.

Faculty: All teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Every teacher has completed Ph.D. and their teaching skill is very good. They are helping all students with assignments. This course curriculum is relevant to my course. It makes the students industry-ready. Our semester exams are difficult but not hard if you study well. More than 90% of students pass in this college.

Other: I chose this course because of my interest in both business administration and law. Visiting court, debate competition, moot court competition, etc., are the best things about this course. I would suggest more theoretical papers for this course. Every kind of event, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, extracurricular activities, etc., are good in this college.

College: The doorway of setting.

Placements: There is a legal department. The college is not yet settled properly for placements but for the tech department, placements are overall nice. The last 2 batches passed students did not get placements. It is very sorrowful for students to lack a placement cell for such competitive professions.

Infrastructure: The department has all facilities like Wi-Fi and labs. Classrooms are enough for Indian education infrastructure. For the law department, lab means the set up of a court which is available for students. It is very useful for students to practice moot court sessions.

Faculty: Faculty members in the department are very mixed. They manage to help students in any way or the other. Our dean Shambhu Prasad Chakraborty is very qualified and completed his education in England. The HOD of the department is very helpful to students. Other faculty members are very junior and new to this field of teaching.

Other: I wanted to go to practice corporate law and business law. This is the oldest one in the city. It provides an opportunity to study BBA LL.B. in Kolkata.

UEM Kolkata is a world-class University with all facilities. The full campus has Wi-Fi signal with good speed. Labs are well decorated. One of the computer labs has 1000 computers together. I didn't appear in WBJEE. Can I get admission in UEM or IEM Kolkata?
