Review of UNIPUNE - Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU).

Placements: The main jobs offered at the end were research associate, quality control analyst, and analytical chemist. Around 45% of students also got internships, and 40% of us got final jobs. The highest salary was about 4 LPA. Overall, good experience, not the worst.

Infrastructure: The campus has all the necessary school buildings, a main library, labs with all the needed equipment, and classrooms with Wi-Fi. Students can use the on-campus housing and dining halls. The hostel rooms are considered good enough. The food in the mess is average, and there is a health centre with doctors and nurses for the students.

Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified. Some even come from elite institutions like the IITs. The teaching quality is good, and the teachers are very knowledgeable and generally willing to help. The syllabus is useful and genuinely prepares students for the job market. As a result, the main exams are average in difficulty, with about 80 to 90% of the students successfully passing each semester.

Placements: 82% students was placed in my course and 69% of students got internship in my course. The highest package offered in my course is 5 Lacs to 6 Lacs, the lowest package offered in my course is 3 Lacs to 4 Lacs, and the average package offered in my course is 5 Lacs.

Infrastructure: The facilities infrastructure available for my course which includes labs, library, classrooms, and Wi-Fi. The quality of facilities in my hostel is very good, which includes sports and games facilities for students, good quality food, and medical facility as well.

Faculty: Their teaching skills are very good. The teachers are very helpful, and they are highly qualified, educated, professional, and knowledgeable. This course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The passing percentage of students in semester exam was 62%.

Good infrastructure is available.

Placements: More than 65 percent of students were placed. 20 percent of students got internships outside of college. The highest salary package offered is 9.5 lakhs per annum and the lowest salary package offered is 3 lakhs per annum. Many companies like Wipro, TCS, Skyler, etc. are visiting our college.

Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent, and good facilities are provided, like Wi-Fi with unlimited access, labs with advanced equipment, a library with articles and research papers, food is available in the hostel, sports and games are conducted, and medical facilities are provided with medical kits.

Faculty: Lectures are very kind, and they are well qualified and have good knowledge in teaching. The teaching quality is good, which makes it understandable to students. Our course is curriculum-relevant, which makes it industry-ready. Exams are very easy if we read daily. Passing percentage is 45%.

Good college and infrastructure.

Placements: Approximately 80% of students got placed in our college. More than 30 companies visited. The highest package was 8 LPA and the lowest package was 3 LPA. Hardly 3% of students got internships outside of college.

Infrastructure: Excellent infrastructure was available with good facilities like Wi-Fi, labs, and a library. Hostel food quality was acceptable, and medical facilities were also available. The mess and canteen were very hygienic. Sports and other events were conducted every semester.

Faculty: Lecturers were very kind and helpful in teaching new skills and concepts. They had good qualifications and knowledge in their field. Our course was not curriculum-based. Exams were very difficult, and we had to work hard to get a good score. The passing percentage was 45%.

Best college for M.Sc. in Biotechnology course.

Placements: Our college has a good track record in recruitment. The maximum salary package offered is 60 LPA and the minimum is 10 LPA. The average salary package offered is 30 LPA. Biocon, GSK, Pfizer, Panacea Biotec, and IQVIA are the leading recruiting firms for placements, where around 70% of students get placements annually.

Infrastructure: Our college infrastructure is good and all necessary facilities are available in the college for the convenience of students as well as teachers. The food served in the canteen is delicious and healthy and the hostel rooms are spacious. I haven't encountered any infrastructure issues yet.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful. They always help us a lot. Classes are held regularly, and the teachers are really well educated. So, don't worry about that. Some teachers are highly educated, and some are from IITs. Pass rates range from 60% to 75%. It is quite difficult.
