SPPU admission for a majority of PG and UG courses, such as M.Sc. M.A. M.Tech, M.Com B.A. And BBA among others, is based on the Online Entrance Exam (OEE) conducted by the University. SPPU BA LLB admission is governed by the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test Cell through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). SPPU does not conduct an internal entrance test for BA LLB admission. Students can follow the guide for SPPU admission for BA LLB as explained below:
STEP 1: Entrance Exam
STEP 2: CAP Registration
After the results are declared, candidates need to register for Centralised Admission Process. They have to fill their details and upload required documents such as:
- MAH-LLB CET Application form & Scorecard
- Class 10 and Class 12 Mark sheet
- Domicile Certificate or School Leaving Certificate (for State Quota).
- Caste Certificate (for Reserved Category)
Candidates can choose between e-Scrutiny or physical ccrutiny at designated centers to verify their files.
STEP 3: Merit List and Seat Allocation
When State CET Cell releases provisional merit list, students can submit their grievances if any. Then the final merit list is released. Candidates must select college in order of preference. Seats are assigned based on the candidate's CET score merit rank, category, and locked college choices. Candidates who are allotted a seat can download their Seat Allotment Letter CAP portal.
STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
Selected candidates have to report to the designated SPPU-affiliated college. College authorities perform physical verification of original certificates. Students need to pay the required fee to confirm their admission and secure their seat.
