It has a good atmosphere.
Placements: I am studying B.Com with the add-on course ACCA. The course is provided by ISDC, which is one of the best learning groups. The recruitment is done by top-named companies. We can take any roles in any company. Roles like HR, accountant, audit officer, etc., are offered by companies. There are a lot of opportunities in this course.
Infrastructure: There is Wi-Fi on the whole campus. The library is available with extra Wi-Fi facilities. There is a house-like hostel which has Wi-Fi with homely food, etc. The college also has a beautiful canteen which consists of lots of food items. The atmosphere of the canteen is like a premium cafe.
Faculty: Teachers are the best thing in this college. All teachers are highly qualified, and a few of them are doctors. Semester exams are a bit difficult, but the up-to-date teaching helps us to score maximum marks. Teachers also give relevant notes day by day.
Other: The best thing about the course is the future opportunities and placement chances. One of the best things about this college is surroundings with a lot of turf like football, cricket, etc.

It has a good learning environment, supportive faculty, and a positive college experience.
Placements: The course offers a positive learning environment with good placement opportunities. Around 70-80% of students get placed each year. The average package ranges from 3-4 LPA. Internship opportunities are also available in reputed companies.
Infrastructure: The college provides good facilities and infrastructure in our department. It has clean classrooms and library access. The quality of food in the canteen is decent. The college encourages sports and games. The campus atmosphere is positive.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, supportive, and explain subjects clearly. The course curriculum is relevant and helps students gain industry knowledge. Semester exams are manageable, but with a little stuff. The pass percentage is generally good, in my opinion.

B.Com. in Computer Application - Batch of 2025
Offered by Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies
3.8
3Placements4Infrastructure4Faculty5Crowd & Campus Life3Value for Money
My experience at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies.
Placements: The placement of the college was good and had many reputed companies like Wipro, Tata, etc. There was a minimum requirement of 60 percent or above to even be eligible for placements. The placement drives were conducted, but some of the companies that visited were not very good or offered jobs unrelated to the subjects I studied.
Infrastructure: I do not know much about the hostel as I used to commute from home. The college was small compared to others, but it had all the necessary facilities. It had three large computer labs, a huge library on the top floor, a canteen, and sports facilities including football, basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, and boxing.
Faculty: I took B.Com with Computer Applications, which included extra courses like FinTech, CAT, and Cambridge Business English. The course was manageable if you studied regularly. The teachers were trained professionals who explained concepts clearly. Most of the faculty were helpful and supportive.

Decent academics and supportive faculty. Limited placements. Teaching is good.
Placements: I completed B.Com Operations at MIC Arts and Science College, Athanikkal. There was no proper campus recruitment for our batch and 0 percent of students were placed through campus drives. Students researched for jobs independently in banks, finance firms, and small offices. Placement support is minimal.
Infrastructure: At MIC Arts and Science College, Athanikkal, classrooms for B.Com Operations are basic but spacious. Library facilities are useful with reference books, though Wi-Fi access is limited. There are no special labs for our course. Hostel facilities are average, food quality is manageable, and sports facilities are limited.
Faculty: For B.Com Operation, most teachers are qualified and supportive, explaining concepts clearly. Teaching quality is satisfactory but more practical exposure would help. The curriculum is relevant to commerce basics, but industry readiness depends on self-learning. Semester exams are moderately difficult and the pass percentage is generally good.
Other: I completed B.Com Operations. I chose this course due to my interest in banking and the cooperative sectors. The best part was the supportive faculty and a friendly campus environment. I wish there were better placement opportunities and more industry exposure. The college conducts small fests and activities, and scholarships are available for eligible students.

Bad management, good teachers, and no placement.
Placements: There is no placement programme. The college doesn't help with anything after graduation only some students got any internship or placement in some companies. There aren't any recruitment companies in ties with the college. The students who have graduated are basically on their own to find a job.
Infrastructure: The building looks like the work hasn't finished yet. The floor doesn't have anything just bare concrete. There is dust everywhere. There is no emergency backup when electricity is cut, no fire extinguisher, or safety measures. The only thing available is the Wi-Fi provided by the union. The library is well-maintained and good.
Faculty: The teachers are really good. They help in everything and teach like proper professionals. Sometimes the teachers give you motivation classes and are well-disciplined. The exams are conducted under Calicut University under the new FYUGP programme. The pass percentage could be anywhere between 70 and 90 percent.
Other: I took this course because of my future goal and the need for a degree. The campus has many things to improve like buildings, students, introducing more courses, etc. The events and fests are below average.

Offered by EMEA College of Arts and Science, Kondotti
3.8

A good campus with friends, placements & academics. It is strict but joyful. I highly recommend it.
Placements: The highest package is around 3.5 LPA, and the lowest is 1.8 LPA. Around 30 to 40 percent students are placed through campus drives and external job offers. The top recruiting companies are Muthoot Fincorp, ESAF Bank, HDFC, Kalyan Silks accounts, Co operative Banks, etc. 60 to 70 percent students got internships from my course, but in local companies like PACS, Co-operative Banks. Top roles offered are junior accountant abundant, Sales Executive, Banking Assistant, CRO, internship trainee and more.
Infrastructure: EMEA College offers good classrooms, a well organised library, and a basic commerce lab. Canteen is decent but not too good, has snacks, tea, etc. Hostel is clean, mostly used by boys who are in the college football team, and sports facilities are active, with teams in Kerala tournaments, and they provide the best players. Medical aid is good. The hostel mess is average in my opinion.
Faculty: Teachers are mostly helpful. Teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and updated. Semester exams are moderately difficult but require consistent study. The pass percentage is around 80 to 90 percent. The faculty provides good classes with time intervals so students can relax and enjoy the classes. Teachers do apply pressure on students to study but they also give much freedom to students. Teachers are all qualified professors who have their Masters in big universities. The curriculum makes every student ready for what their industry requires.
Other: I have taken commerce in higher studies, and this is the course I dreamed of. They should improve their transportation facilities because their college buses are too crowded and only one private bus is running through the route, which is also so crowded and dangerously filled with passengers. Mostly women use buses, and the buses have parking areas to park their vehicles. Events and festivals are good, although the management is strict. They are providing scholarship exams and scholarships for lowercastes and the needy. Connectivity with others is superb.
