Best university but not that great.

Placements: If you're thinking of campus placements, then don't consider Jammu University because there are no campus placements in Jammu University. After completing a degree from the university, you can opt for offline placements by checking company websites for the placements.

Infrastructure: No Wi-Fi. Classrooms are okay but not that great. No extracurricular activities are organised by the university itself. The student union organises some events for the students and you can participate in those events. Labs are also okay but not as good as the classrooms.

Faculty: The faculty is a good course and the same from the last 10 years. There are no changes in the syllabus. In every classroom of 100 students, there are different teachers for different subjects. Simple methods are used and no high-tech teaching is given by any of the teachers like projected slides and other web seminars.

Other: If you are looking for a recognised university with no placements, no high tech infrastructure, classrooms or any other extra curricular activities. Teachers are very nice and teach with simple methods. There is no complexity in their teaching style.
