Life in college is the golden days.

Placements: Around 35-40% of students from our course were placed through local recruitment and small-scale organisations in and around Doda and Jammu. Okay college if you just want a general graduate degree. Don’t get your expectations sky-high.

Placements: It’s basically a very normal, timepass college. If you want to join just for the degree, you’re most welcome, otherwise, no companies come here for placements. Students you’ll meet are mostly non-serious. The majority of the students are preparing for exams alongside college, so forget about placements in hotel chains.

A little glimpse of JIAR, Jammu.

Placements: There are no placements at the college. After completing a degree and internship, it is our own choice whether we want to study further for master's or we want to practice. It is our own choice of what we want to do after the completion of the degree. Internships are important in this course.

It is not good for good students.

Placements: In our college their is no placement no company will come and give you a job. You have to apply specifically in companies and the ratio of passing students is very low in this college. The college life is not good. The infrastructure is not good.

MIET is a good college in Jammu and Kashmir.

Placements: Placements of Model Institute of Engineering and Technology is quite very good. Students are given different experiences to handle jobs. They provide time-to-time internships for students so that they can achieve experience and that would help them in their future as well as in their placements.

Genuine review of MIET College.

Placements: Till now, no students have passed this course. Our batch is second in the college. This course is new in our college and we do not know much about placements. But according to college faculty members, 40 to 50% of students will get placed after the course.
