Our college is good for placements and infrastructure.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. 85 percent of students got placed in good companies, and MNCs like Accenture, Capgemini, HCL, and Tech Mahindra offered placements in our course. The highest package is 9 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Some are doing teaching and others are working as lab assistants in good colleges.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very good in our college with greenery and good ambience. The management provides many facilities like free Wi-Fi connectivity, good laboratories, and a well-structured library with a lot of books which are useful. They provide hostels with good fee and healthy food.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful and highly qualified with PhD. Their explanations are clear and good. The quality of teaching is excellent with PPTs and digital classrooms. The course curriculum is updated in a decent manner, which is very useful and good for scoring in semesters.

Good education in 2026. Best for low fees.
Placements: An average percentage of students got placed. The package offered is 3 LPA-4 LPA. Recruiting companies are TCS, Cognizant, and Wipro. An average percentage of students got internship in our college. Top roles offered are sales manager, HR, and manager based on extra skills, qualifications, and decent campus percentage.
Infrastructure: There are decent facilities and infrastructure in our course and department. Good library, decent classrooms, and there is no Wi-Fi for students in our college. There is a decent hostel, good canteen, good medical facilities, and excellent sports facilities in our college.
Faculty: Some excellent teachers teach subjects like actual industry lessons in the classroom, and some very high-quality teachers are very helpful to students. The pass percentage is maximum all of them pass. With very little knowledge about the subject, you can pass in our college.
Other: I chose this course for finance. I like finance. I think I can improve my English language. The above 3 points are decent in our college.

It is mainly known for its vibrant campus life and academic excellence.
Placements: There is an active placement cell in our college, but only some students from our department participate since everyone is planning to pursue a Master's degree. I can confirm that 5–8 students get placed. The top company is TCS. Almost all students in our department complete internships during their 3rd year, and for those in FYUGP, internships are done during their 2nd year. It is compulsory to complete an internship. Most of the roles are Data Analyst and Data Entry positions.
Infrastructure: There are labs, a very huge library, and classrooms that are well maintained and spacious. The department provides excellent infrastructure. It includes smart classrooms, a resourceful library, and advanced labs. The hostel and mess facilities are average and not that great, but many PGs are available nearby.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and good at their jobs. The semester exams are above average in difficulty. There is a 90% pass percentage. Course curriculum is highly relevant, along with compulsory internships and projects. It makes students industry-ready.

Offered by Jaya College of Arts & Science - Tamil Nadu
1.4
1.0Placements2.0Infrastructure1.0Faculty1.0Crowd & Campus Life2.0Value for Money
The worst CS department teachers and a strict college.
Placements: There are no proper placements. The placement system in this college is not good. Big companies do not visit the campus. Only some small companies offer opportunities. Even for those opportunities, technical field students are not able to participate because most openings are only for telecalling jobs.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is similar to a school, with no proper fans, and the lab facilities are worst, especially in the Computer Science department. The canteen is also not well-developed. The college has old-model hostels available separately for men and women. Sports Day is celebrated once a year, and only prize winners participate in the event.
Faculty: Teachers in the Computer Science department are not well-qualified and lack proper knowledge. For semester exams, students have to prepare on their own because the questions that teachers mark as important are often not asked in the semesters. The college internal exams and semester exams are completely different.

My experience In this college as a student
Placements: The college has an excellent placement cell that helps students get jobs and internships. Major recruiters are EY, KPMG, Wipro, L&T, ICICI Prudential, Genpact, TCS, Concentrix, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, The Oberoi Group, etc. The placement cell does not focus on one particular course but on all the courses, bringing companies with a varied range of profiles for every course. The average salary package is 3 lakhs per annum, and the highest package last year was 18 LPA. Students had to score a minimum of 7.5 CGPA to sit for placements.
Infrastructure: I have not opted for the hostel, as I stay near the college but the college has hostel facilities with good rooms and food in a good location. Rooms were offered on a sharing as well as a separate basis and the charges were reasonable and affordable for everyone.
Faculty: The faculty employed here are well-experienced and knowledgeable. The faculty at this college are very friendly and encouraging to students. They are always ready to clear the doubts of the students. Instead of teaching only theoretically, they teach practically, which makes it easier for students to understand. They teach well in both English and the native language, Tamil. Some faculty members also teach Hindi. The exam structure follows a semester system, where every year consists of two semester exams of 70 marks each and between them, two mid-semester exams of 40 marks each are conducted.

Infrastructure: Everything is so good about infrastructure but we don't have a ground to play. Lab is maintained. The canteen is always filled and the library is open. There are no hostels in our college and medical facilities are available. Wi-Fi doesn't work most of the time. Only vegetarian food is available. People can join this college and no van facilities are provided by the college.
