Reality of USTM and should you take admission or not?

Placements: According to seniors, if you have a decent CGPA, you can directly be placed in good companies and have a good salary. And it doesn’t totally depend on the number of students, but 80% of them get placed without any issue with a median package of 5-6 LPA.

Infrastructure: If you ask me, should you choose this college for your degree, I will surely prefer it without any doubt. But according to me, you shouldn't go for the hostel as it will be the worst decision you will take. But everything is perfect for you at the college.

Faculty: For someone who is studying from different cities might find the exam schedule a bit abnormal, but the teaching staff and other activities are the main point of attraction. Some department teachers could be a bit different and can have a positive or negative attitude.

Other: To be honest, if you are from Northeast, you should choose this college without any doubts, but just choose the hostel outside the campus or go for PG or rent. No college can compete with USTM in terms of infrastructure and studies, clubs, and specialized courses.

Absolutely satisfied the faculty and campus environment. But dissatisfied with the placement .

Placements: In about 90%of the students were placed from my course. The highest package was about 15LPA and the lowest was 8LPA. The average package was 7 LPA Our classmates went to different companies so I can't name a single company for now. Infosys also recruited students from our batch. Top roles were software developed and web developed.

Infrastructure: Due to connection inability our campus has full Wi-Fi facility as well the infrastructure of our university is of top notch. The classroom, computer labs, graphic lab and also different labs are well maintained. Our mess food was not that great but we'll to do but the medical facilities are top notch as we have our own medical college in our campus. We also have high level coaches for various sports. Our university also organised gaming and cultural events.

Faculty: Our teachers are well qualified as well as they were very friendly to us. When ever we needed any help which may also differ from there particular subject they used to guide us. Our course was designed in a manner that we came out of the college as the best of our requirements for the industry. The exams were tough but with correct guidance we manage to score good marks.

Other: I choose B.Teach in ai case the market is growing in a tremendous level where the need of ai engineers are also growing. So that I could use the knowledge for my own did. And also due to the best and events which are organised our campus. Our university also gives scholarship to merit students.
