The Green Campus of the Northeast

Placements: Above 60 percent of students get placed. The highest package is 8 lakhs per annum, and the average package is about 4 lakhs per annum. Pharmaceutical and clinical laboratories are the top recruiters for my course. Every student in the class gets an internship, and the roles offered in our course include lab technician, blood bank technician, etc.

Infrastructure: Our department has many digital classrooms, Wi-Fi, a library, and labs on every floor of the department building. Hostel food is okay, and the hostel also has free Wi-Fi, clean and cold water supply. The canteen food is good, and there are 24/7 medical facilities available. Sports facilities include outdoor and indoor stadiums, a gym, and a basketball court.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful and friendly with students. They are qualified and knowledgeable. The curriculum is relevant and prepares students for the industry. Semester exams are not very tough; if you study well, you can easily pass. The pass percentage is about 40%.

Other: I chose this course because I like to do social work. Through this course, I can be more active socially and get the opportunity to work with the public. The university needs to improve its labs. Annual functions and department events are held every year.

One of the best universities in North East India.

Placements: Average salary offered is INR 38500+ per month. Top recruiting companies are ABC, Northside Hospitals, etc. 70% students get placed and they study different types of Lab works like Blood test, Location of different Bones, Working of human body and much more.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for all the students. Classrooms are clean and they have projectors. Games and Sports like football, Cricket, Basketball and gym are available. Our University also organizes different sports and cultural functions like Basketball tournaments with other universities. Canteen is like life for the students with organic food from veg to non-veg, rice, etc.

Faculty: Teachers help us a lot by giving suggestions, notes and elaborating different topics. Teaching quality is impressive. 80% is the pass percentage. Although I'm attending my 1st Semester exams, I can’t say the questions are easy. They are easy for students who attend classes regularly, as teachers always elaborate and make us understand the different topics.

Other: I chose BMLT as I want to learn more about Human bodies.
