The candidates are selected on the basis of the entrance exam for the MBA course at VBSPU Jaunpur. The university accepts Purvanchal University Combined Admission Test (PUCAT)/ UPSEE scores followed by Counselling. Candidates must clear the eligibility criteria to be able to apply for the course. The criteria is that the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 45% aggregate (50% aggregate for SC/ST/OBC) and 50% aggregate for Finance & Control. VBSPU Jaunpur is a public state university that is a residential-cum-affiliating in nature. Veer Bahadur Singh Purvanchal University is recognised by the University Grants Commission.
