Am I eligible for MBA in Finance at VELS Institute? I have completed my BCom from Mumbai University with 44%.

No, you will not be eligible for the MBA course at VELS Institute if you haven't appeared for any entrance exam. You have to first achieve at least 50% in graduation and then appear in any one of the accepted exams, namely, MAT, CAT, TANCET, and XAT.
