Yes, VIT Andhra Pradesh University offers good annual placements for various courses like BTech, M.Tech and BA LLB, etc. The placements are going on for the Class of 2024. As of now, the participating recruiters presented over 50 job offers to the students of the batch 2024 so far. In 2025, over 620 recruiters visited the campus and placed 10025 students. 12571 offers were made including dream, super dream and regular offers. The highest package offered to the batch 2025 stood at INR 1 Cr per annum. 

The VIT-AP EAMCET Cutoff 2023 ranged between 1930 and 9255 for different B.Tech courses, among which B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most competitive one. The Last-Round Cutoff rank for CSE closed at 1930. The Cutoff was released for different categories under the AI and the HS Quota. The least competitive course among all was B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with the Cutoff rank of 9255. Therefore, the minimum rank to seek admission in VIT-AP is 9255. 

VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE) is mandatory for admission to the B.Tech. Programme in Vellore Institute of Technology-AP (VIT-AP). Higher Secondary Board, JEE Main, or SAT scores will not be considered for admission to the B.Tech. Degree Programme. However, for some other courses, there is no entrance examination, and candidates are selected based on their academic performance.

The average package offered during VIT AP placements 2025 is yet to be released. However, the students secured various dream offers of INR 6 LPA, Super Dream offers of INR 10 LPA and Marquee offers of INR 20 LPA and above in the academic year 2024-25.

The VIT AP highest package offered during the 2025 placement drive stood at INR 1 Crore per annum.

VIT- Andhra Pradesh University offers three major BTech specialisations CSE, Mechnical Engineering, and, Electronics & Communication Engineering. The specialsiations are further sub-divided under the offered specialisations which are tabulated below:

The specialisations offered under the MSc course at VIT-AP University are Data Science, Chemistry, and Physics. The course are offered in a full-time mode lasting for two yers. Admission to the MSc course is subject to a valid score in the last qualifying exam. Further, candidates are shortlisted for the MSc based on the personal statement of purpose (SOP) for about 500 words describing why the applicant desires this data Science degree and the online personal interview.
