Eligibility criteria - M.Sc Physics candidate must have passed B.Sc. with Physics or Applied Sciences with a minimum 50% aggregate M.Sc Chemistry. Candidate must have passed B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry or Applied Science or Applied Chemistry with Physics or Mathematics or B.Pharma along with Biology/Botany/Zoology as ancillary subjects with a minimum 50% aggregate M.Sc Data Science. Candidates must have a B.Tech degree in the relevant stream or equivalent with Mathematics and Statistics as a compulsory subject.

Vellore Institute of Technology has maintained an excellent placement record by providing its students with ample opportunities to blossom their career goals. The university has been ranked at the 28th, 55th, and 15th positions by the NIRF under the Overall, Management, and Engineering categories respectively. The placement season for the 2022 batch started on July 15. Hello, You have cut yourself from the normal stream of admission. Hence obviously you can not take part in their counseling process. I suggest that you seek admission under management quota seats. For this, you will need to contact the administration of VIT to know details. This perhaps is the only way for you or if you wait for one year and appear for VITEEE next year. Best wishes to you.

It is equally good for a student from Delhi or Punjab as it is for any other state of India. The medium of instruction here is English so as long as you are comfortable with it you won't be having any problem. No problems except language and weather. They also don't weigh much.

Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura need 50% in qualifying exam to be eligible.
Final year candidates can also apply on a provisional basis.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidates who have passed Diploma in any stream with a minimum of 60% overall aggregate are also eligible to apply.
Candidates hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim, and Tripura need 50% in the qualifying exam to be eligible.
Candidates' date of birth should fall on or after 1st July 2001.
