No, 56000 is a high rank. You can't get a seat in ECE in category 1 or 2. But, it is possible for the last category which doubles the fess of category 1.

VIT takes the students based on VITEEE exam not by class 12th class percentage. So, do well in VITEEE exam to get a seat in CS. In below 20000 of rank there may be a change to get in CS in VIT through VITEEE exam.
