I can't say about any of the colleges or universities about the ECE programme, but if I speak about LPU, then LPUi is a good choice to do complete the degree in ECE as the School of Electronics and Electrical Engineering in LPU offers many opportunities to all the student of this department. My one friend is also studied at SEEE and completed his ECE with a specialisation in Digital Signal Processing. Faculty: All faculty members are well qualified from IITs, NITs, and top-ranked universities all over the world. Hands-on Practical: Student who studies ECE from LPU got an opportunity to practical work in their field more than theoretical as LPU has Robotics and Automation lab, Bosch Lab and other workshops conducted by this department such Robotics workshop, Labview workshop and many more. Specialisation Offered in EEE: Power Electronics, Power Systems, Renewable Energy, DSP, Robotics And Automation, VLSI, and many more which helps to do more research in their field.

Yes, You have got a good percentiles. However with this score, it might be difficult to get VIT Pune in the very first round. Still apply and wait until the results of last rounds are announced. You might get it then. It also depends on the Branch of interest. Computer would be difficult, but you can think of ELEX/ E&TC.
