Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda awards various scholarships to students as financial support. The University has a special programme known as the Directorate of Students’ Welfare Committee to provide financial support to the economically weaker students studying in the University. - Library: MSU has a central library called Smt. Hansa Mehta Library. Along with this, the University also has 13 constituent libraries and 25 Departmental libraries. The library has a collection of over 9 lakh books/periodicals and over 12225 digitised dissertations/theses. The library has the capacity to accommodate 1600 readers at a time.
- Auditorium: Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium has an ideal atmosphere for seminars, conferences, expert talk and presentations. Students conduct different activities and events in the MSU Baroda auditorium. There are 9 multipurpose auditoriums, 8 seminar halls, 2 open air theatres, an amphitheatre, lecture theatres and conference rooms.
- Sports: The University has a standard Athletics track, badminton court, basketball courts, cricket fields, football field, hockey field, Kho-Kho Grounds, swimming pool, Table Tennis Hall, wrestling arena and two university multi gymnasiums. MSU Baroda maintains a multi-purpose indoor hall for games and sports.
- Hostels: MSU Baroda has one of the largest hostel campuses in the western India. The University has 12 Boys hostels and 4 Girls hostels are spread over the area of approximately 3 acres. MSU Baroda hostels can accommodate approximately 2900 Boys and 2000 Girls. All the students residing in hostels are provided with bed, cupboard, table and chair. Hostels are also equipped with a dining hall, a common hall, Mike system facility etc.
