Howbeit, it is CU’s University Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management which has got particular interest from Walt Disney, USA. The recent selection of CU’s 41 Hotel Management Students by Walt Disney, USA has taken the tally of the number of CU students hired by the organisation to 92.
Over the recent five years, Walt Disney, which is also considered as World’s No. 1 Entertainment Company, has recruited 139 students from Chandigarh University. The company has so far offered the highest salary package of Rs 18 lakh and selected students from Hotel Management, Airlines & Tourism, BCom and BBA Department of CU, Mohali.
With Corporate’s growing interest in recruiting students or professionals via campus placements, here are some major reasons why one of the top blue-chip companies consistently hires students from the University Institute of Tourism & Hotel Management, Chandigarh University.
