Admissions for the academic year 2024-25 for the BCom programme at HCAS Chennai started on April 1, 2024. Candidates can apply either online or offline according to their convenience. The selection of the candidates is based on merit. However, candidates must have passed their Class 12 from a recognised board. Students of IGNOU can collect scholarship application from Directorate of Social Welfare or office of Social Welfare Officer in their state, fill them out, and submit them to the Regional Director at the Regional Centre where they are admitted/registered for the programme. In the next step, the Regional Director then certify the forms. After certification, students can collect application from the Regional Centre and resubmit them to the Social Welfare Officer or Directorate of Social Welfare in their state for scholarship or reimbursement of programme fees.

Yes, the Jindal School of Banking and Finance offers a fully residential BCom course. The duration of this course is four years, which is spread across eight equal semesters. The BCom at JSBF is offered in four specialised courses. Students have to meet the basic eligibility of the course and clear the accepted entrance exam to get admission to the course. 

As per the admission policy of Chitkara University, direct admission is not applicable for the BCom course. To get admitted to the BCom course, candidates must have a valid score in the last qualifying exam followed by the group discussion and personal interview round. However, Chitkara Business School also accepts Pearson Test scores and SAT scores for admission to the BCom (Hons) course.
