Engineering Colleges accepting KEAM for B.Tech in India

• Candidates can submit KEAM answer key 2026 challenge, if any, through KEAM 2026 candidate portal.
• By selecting applicable links 'Answer Key Challenge (Engineering), Answer Key Challenge (Pharmacy)' in Candidate Portal, candidates can enter details about complaints in answer key/question.
• Candidates who wish to challenge KEAM answer key must pay a fee of INR 200/- for each question they want to contest.
• Challenges submitted without required payment will not be accepted. If challenge is valid and verified, the fee for that question will be refunded.
• Any refunds will be sent to bank account number that candidates provided in their KEAM 2026 application form.
• Please note that complaints received after deadline and without payment will not be considered, and challenges submitted by mail, email, or in person will not be accepted either.

To calculate score in KEAM, you have to count the number of correct answers and multiply them by 4. From the result, deduct the number of wrong answers.

As per the exam analysis of KEAM exam held over the years the overall difficulty level of the KEAM is moderate. Physics section is usually found to be moderate and the Chemistry part is easy. The Maths section is reported to be moderate and lengthy over the years.

CEE released the KEAM 2026 admit card on April 8, 2026.

Admission is made based on KEAM ranks and not the scores. The scores are used to assign ranks to the candidates. KEAM scores with 10+2 standardised scores are used in the weightage of 50:50 to assign ranks. The KEAM 2026 rank lists PDF will be published separately for Engineering, Architecture, B.Pharma, MBBS / BDS / BHMS / BSMS / BUMS / Agriculture / Forestry / Veterinary / Co-operation & Banking / Climate Change & Environmental Science / B.Tech Biotechnology (under KAU) / Fisheries and B.A. MS will be published.

The engineering rank list is prepared based on giving an equal weightage of 50:50 to the score obtained in the Entrance Examination for Engineering, and the grade/marks obtained in the final year of the qualifying examination for Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry the marks obtained in Computer Science shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry and Computer Science, the marks obtained in Biotechnology shall be considered. In case, the candidate has not studied Chemistry Computer Science and Biotechnology, the marks obtained in Biology shall be considered.
