IIM Rohtak announced the IPMAT Rohtak dates and schedule online. The IPMAT 2026 exam was held on May 10, 2026. 

IPMAT and IPM Aptitude Test (IIM Rohtak) have similar syllabus but the difficulty level is different. Both exams have Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability sections. The benefit of IPMAT by IIM Indore is that the exam is accepted by multiple top management insitutes in country, whereas the one conducted by IIM Rohtak is only accepted by IIM Rohtak. 

Yes, you can appear for the IPM Aptitude Test (IPMAT) more than once, there is no limit on the number of attempts. Here's a breakdown:

• No restriction on attempts: As of now, there's no restriction on the number of times you can take the IPMAT exam. You can appear for it as many times as you want as long as you meet the eligibility criteria (age, academic qualifications etc.).

• One attempt per year: However, the IPMAT is conducted only once a year, typically in May. So, you'll have to wait for the next year's exam if you don't qualify in the current year.

No, the IPM Rohtak entrance exam does not have any subjective questions. There are 120 multiple-choice questions. These questions are divided across the three sections of the IPM AT question paper. Each section in the IPM Aptitude Test carries 40 multiple choice questions for four marks each. Candidates should carefully prepare for the exam, as there is a sectional time limit as well as negative marking in the IPM AT question paper. 

The topics in the IPM Aptitude Test syllabus have remained the same. The IPM Aptitude Test exam is conducted for two hours or 120 minutes. The exam is conducted every year in the computer-based test mode. There are three sections in the IPMAT question paper, i. e. Logical Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Ability. Each section is to be solved within 40 minutes. Since IPM Aptitude Test is a centre-based online exam the test screen will move from first section to the next section automatically as soon as the time limit gets over. It is not mandatory to solve all the questions in IPM AT exam so candidates can devise a strategy to use 40 minutes per section as per their strength and weakness. The IPM AT exam is conducted by the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak. The exam is conducted once every year for admission to the five year integrated programme in management.
