IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025: Check Category-wise JEE Advanced Cutoff Ranks

IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025 was concluded with the release of the final cutoff list for admission to the BTech course and its various specialisations. The institute accepts the JEE Advanced ranks, followed by the JoSAA counselling process for enrolment. IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025 For General All India Category 

The IIT Tirupati JEE Advanced cutoff 2025 for the General AI category in the first round ranged from 4620 to 14599. In the last round, the cutoff varied between 5034 and 16548. BTech CSE turned out to be the most competitive BTech specialisation, with the first and last rounds closing ranks being 4620 and 5034, respectively.

IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025 For OBC All India Category 

The IIT Tirupati OBC cutoff 2025 in the last round fell between 2113 and 5495. Among all the specialisations, IIT Tirupati admission was the hardest for the BTech CSE course, with the last round cutoff of 2113.

Students who secured a rank above this can also opt for other branches with more lenient cutoffs in the last round, like Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, with the closing ranks being 3580 and 4355, respectively. IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025 For SC All India Category 

Compared to the General and OBC AI categories, competition for this category was more intense, as the last round closing ranks were the lowest here (indicating a higher level of difficulty). Admission at IIT Tirupati was closed at 3091 for the BTech in Engineering Physics. Students who had a rank above this can choose courses, like BTech in Chemical Engineering or BTech in Civil Engineering, with the last round ranks of 3060 and 2966.

IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025 For ST All India Category 

Students who want admission to the courses mentioned below have to appear for the JEE Advanced exam, followed by the JEE Advanced counselling process, to be considered eligible for admission. In the last round, for this category, the top-most competitive course was BTech CSE, with the cutoff being 553. Other competitive courses were BTech in Electrical Engineering and BTech in Mechanical Engineering. These courses had the last round cutoff at 898 and 1059, respectively.

For the EWS AI category, the top two most competitive courses in the last round were BTech CSE and BTech Electrical Engineering, with the cutoff being 733 and 1418, respectively. In contrast, the top two least competitive courses in the same round were BTech in Civil Engineering and BTech in Chemical Engineering, with the closing ranks of 2428 and 2434, respectively. IIT Tirupati Cutoff 2025 For PWD All India Category

For this category, the cutoff was only released for the BTech CSE and BTech in Electrical Engineering courses, according to the JoSAA counselling results.
