NIT Surat cutoff 2025 was released based on the JEE Main entrance examination for admission to various BTech, Integrated MSc and Integrated BTech courses for many categories under both the All India and Home State quota. NIT Surat cutoff 2025 was released based on the JEE Main entrance examination for admission to various BTech, Integrated MSc and Integrated BTech courses for many categories under both the All India and Home State quota. The cutoff was published till 9 rounds on the basis of the JoSAA counselling process, followed by the CSAB counselling process. 

For the General AI category, the last round cutoff ranged from 10232 to 93991 for all offered courses. NIT Surat Cutoff 2025 for OBC AI Category

The NIT Surat OBC cutoff 2025 varied between 2599 and 17289 in round 1. According to this range, the most competitive courses in this category were BTech CSE, followed by BTech in Artificial Intelligence and BTech in Mathematics and Computing, with the round 1 closing ranks of 2599, 3493 and 3692, respectively.

NIT Surat cutoff for SC category varied between 2745 and 249744 in the last round. As per this range, the least competitive courses for admission were Integrated MSc specialisations, namely Chemistry, followed by Physics and Mathematics, with closing ranks being 249744, 235335 and 226505, respectively. 

The same specialisations had the first round closing ranks of 8629, 7604 and 7250, respectively. On the other hand, the most competitive course in the last round turned out to be Integrated BTech + MTech in Artificial Intelligence, with the cutoff of 2745. For this category, NIT Surat admissions closed at a rank of 384690. When compared to the SC category students under the All India quota, admission here was more lenient in the last round. Students who admission at this institute need to appear for the JEE Main entrance examination, followed by the counselling process to be considered eligible for admission. The NIT Surat CSE cutoff 2025 for the SC HS category was 1331 in the first round. The same specialisation had the last round cutoff at 45649. According to the first round, BTech CSE was the most competitive branch for admission.

For this category, the admissions closed at a rank of 512940 for all BTech course specialisations. When compared to the SC AI category, admission in the last round was more lenient for the SC Home State quota categories for the BTech course branches. Students who want admission at NIT Surat would need to attain a rank of at least 250293 or preferably below to be considered eligible for a seat in any of the courses given below.
