Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi, academics with scope for practical & industry exposure.
Placements: I was in the 2024 batch at Aryabhatta College, DU. Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi, offered decent placement opportunities for B.Com. Program students, with around 40-50% of students getting placed through campus drives. The highest package offered was around 10-12 LPA, while the lowest was around 2 LPA, and the average package ranged between 4-5.7 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Google, KPMG, Wipro, ICICI Prudential, and IBM. Internships were a strong part of the college experience, with nearly 400-500 students from the B.Com. Stream interning with firms such as Urban Company, Zomato, The Economic Times, and Paytm.
Infrastructure: Aryabhatta College offered a solid academic environment and decent infrastructure for B.Com. Students. The classrooms were spacious and equipped with projectors and whiteboards to support interactive and lecture-based learning. The college had a well-stocked library with a strong collection of commerce-related books, journals, and reference materials essential for B.Com. Subjects like accounting, finance, and taxation.
Faculty: At B.Com, the program at Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi, was reasonably relevant and aligned with industry standards. Being part of the college, we followed a structured and regularly updated syllabus under the New Education Policy (NEP) and CBCS.
Other: As a B.Com student at Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi, there were several positives about the course. But there were also a few areas where I felt it could have improved to prepare us for the real world. I wish we had more practical exposure and more focus on modern tools and software.

Review of Aryabhatta College, Delhi university.
Placements: The percentage of students cannot be estimated; it's all about who sits for the placement round and gets placed (based on the academics and interview). Good companies come to this college for recruitment, like KPMG, Gartner, EY, etc. As compared to the job, more companies come for the internships.
Infrastructure: A hostel is not available at this college. Labs are properly equipped. The library has books from all domains. Students can also borrow laptops from the college. The canteen is top-notch, and food is available at a lower rate. Indoor and outdoor sports are both available at the college.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. They have very deep knowledge of their subjects. They are basically friends with the students (the old professors are an exception). Exams are held every six semesters. The pass percentage is as per the Delhi University guidelines. Students are not ready for the industry, though.

It is an average college but provides good infrastructure.
Placements: Our college provides placement opportunities. I got an offer of 2 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 2.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 1.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with all the facilities. Our college has labs, a library, etc. Laboratories are good. There is a decent library in this college. Classrooms are well-maintained. We can borrow books from the library. They do not provide a revised syllabus book. You can find weekly magazines and newspapers. Classrooms are air-conditioned. A drinking water facility is available in the library. You have to purchase some books from the outside.
Faculty: Teachers are very supportive, but a few of them are rude. They give assignments to students. Principal sir and RK Diwedi sir are very good. If we study 1 week before exams, we can score good marks. We have to concentrate well during exams. They provide in-depth knowledge regarding marketing, trading, communication, etc.
Other: Many societies are available in this college.

Review of Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Only a few percentage of students are selected for placements. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Delloite and KPMG. The internships are also very few in this college. Faculty members and students' roles are important in our college.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are better than other colleges. Wi-Fi, laboratories, classrooms, and library are very well maintained. There is no hostel facility. The canteen and mess are very well maintained. The sports ground is also average.
Faculty: Faculty members are very qualified, and they are Ph.D. scholars. Teachers are also very knowledgeable, and the teaching quality is great. Our B.Com course is relevant for industry purposes, and students are ready for industries, they can do many financial works. The semester exams are not difficult.
Other: Events and fests are conducted in this college.

I am satisfied with this college.
Placements: Our college has decent placements available, but the college provides lots of internships for different courses, especially for commerce courses like B.com hons and BMS. There is a placement cell that works really hard to bring companies to the college. Faculty are very helpful in getting internships.
Infrastructure: Good facilities are available. Food in canteen is really good at affordable prices. A computer lab, a playground, a sitting area, a sports room and medical facilities are available in the college in case of an emergency.
Faculty: Faculty are very helpful, good and well educated. Their way of teaching is really good. They are all well experienced and have complete knowledge related to their subject. They help in getting internships for students and are impartial in giving internal marks.
Other: Our college has total value for money. It's totally worth every penny you give.

Review of Aryabhatta College, University of Delhi.
Placements: Placements are good in this college. Our college has a society name placements cell where students get many opportunities for jobs and also internships. Around 80% of students are placed. Students can pursue a master's after graduation or they can prepare for any competitive exam.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel facility in this college, but there are PGs nearby. It also provides connectivity like metro, etc. The infrastructure is good. The campus also consists of a lawn and a huge playground is available. Many sports like football, cricket, table tennis, kho, kabaddi, etc., are available.
Faculty: Every course is available in this college that is always high rated. Our course is B.A. history, and the fee structure is around Rs 10,500. But on the online portal, it is around Rs 11,000, because there is hidden charge of GST. In the second year, it is Rs 2,000. The commerce program is around Rs 18,000 per year. The highest concession is around Rs 3,000.
Other: If students read in Delhi then they can choose this after the 12th class, and after the process, they fill out the admission form. Then the first list of cut-off is released, and my percentage is good for history honors in IST cut-off, and I have a good percentage of marks. The main benefit is that I have an OBC quota that helps students for backward students. I chose history honors because I have 87 marks. It is enough to get admission in this college and any other subject, age is no bar for education, and this college is prove it. The main thing is that when the cutoff list is just launched, then students should run up because their sheet and chance can miss so just try to keep fast, whenever their percentage goes then they just go according to the cut-off for admission. If students want more scholarships then they can go to the Delhi scholarships portal, because it is not the duty of this college. Portal will help students with many other things.

Best college in all aspects
Placements: Placement is up to mark. As almost 70% gets the placement in the top companies as many companies visit us like, Dizivanced, Unacademy, Byjus, etc. The highest package is 10 LPA and the average is up to 5 LPA. They offer maximum every role according to the suitable course.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fabulous and has an eco-friendly environment with Wi-Fi, 24hrs water, ventilated classroom. Other than the hostel, our college provides everything like a wide playground, sports room, canteen with 5adty food, juice along with medical facilities.
Faculty: The faculty is almost cooperative, helpful, and qualified. The teaching quality is good as they finish the curriculum on time and also arrange seminars and workshops for students, the course which you chose is relevant and also faculty make up our selves for industry-ready. The exams are according to DU guidelines.
Other: Everything is good from fest to extracurricular activities and I like that I have never felt overloaded with anything in our course.
